All Breeders are no older then 9-14months old. I cycle 50 new females a week into the breeders and retire males all the time.

2 bus tub racks (30 and 35 tubs)
2 concrete tub racks (24 tubs each)
3 single row concrete tub racks (6 tubs each)
Freedom breeder style birthing rack (40 tubs)
Mouse rack (24 tubs)
8 Metal cage style racks 6levels ea (holds a ton of rats) ( paid $800ea)
2 36inch fans (paid $250ea in May 2015)
Bunch of live transport tubs (only about 10 of them have lids made)
Stand up Freezer
Tons of extra tubs nipples and hose and buckets ect.
Cost around $950 a month to feed the facility
Sales were around $5000-$6500 a month
