Okay.. Here is what I am interested in researching... And this is to be applied to the Trans or hypo trans bearded dragon...
What genes/factors are in place to prevent the current morphs from displaying the physical distortions of the original created trans ? In other words, were someone to breed the trans morphs, what is the likely hood of the coiled tails and crooked spines reappearing ?
How does one ensure that this won't happen as a throwback ?
I have been doing a whole lot of reading, and I'm not interested in breeding, just trying to figure out for myself the whole genetics behind the trans that Mr. D created in the last decade.
I would certainly appreciate any documented data, as well as personal observations.
Thanks All !
Janie.
