    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just completed a purchase of four Thayeris Kings from Dan Vermilya at www.serpentdan.com.  I was impressed with his web site and could not find any feedback (negative or positive) regarding Dan or his snakes so I figured I would start a positive post about my experience for anyone else who might be thinking about buying from him.  First and foremost, his snakes are stunning, and he is clearly taking proper care of them.  Each of the animals I received was in good health, well identified with individual labels on the outside of each case, and each had a certificate that detailed their captive bred origins and unique identifying color paterns/markings.  The packaging was also well done.  Dan communicated well by email and by phone and was particularly helpful resolving a problem with the shipper.  I look forward to doing business with Dan in the future and would recommend him to anyone else.

I have done business with Dan twice now. He's a great man to have in the hobby/industry. I will do business with him again.
He has very high quality animals at reasonable prices.
