Ok just for the record I did not steal a pic from Chucks site. And if I remember right Chuck you called and tried to purchase all the snakes from me when you seen the ad but I had already sold all the albino's. I just found out about this posting. Chuck I could sue you for slandering me just from the posting you have put on here. I want to know who the hell John M is myself. Also I want to know who your friend is who paid a money order to me for an animal in the name of John M. I keep records of all my sells and if one of your friends is lying about me I need his name for lawsuit purposes and I will not do buisness with him again. Also as far as this stuff about Bruce I don't and will not do any buisness with him any more. He is a crook. If any of you would go read the BOI about him he ripped me off and got caught by the police doing it not vice versa. I am not a crook and never will be. I am not a well known or wanta be well known name like you Chuckie I am just tring to run a ligitimate buisness. And yes regardless of what you say on her about me people who buy from me are norm happy with their purchase. Not always but mostly. But I always try to resolve the issue if their is one. As far as Angelo goes I shipped him his animals and he recieved them. I have proof of that via airborne express. Thats why he did not get a refund. If he did not want the snakes he could have sent them back for a full refund. Now all of you know me now and all of you have my phone number also including you Chuck. If you have any questions for me about my buisness habits call or come by instead of sitting on here saying me and Bruce and this other guy are all the same person or whatever it is you do on here to hurt the other people in the buisness. If I have not done buisness with you, you have no right to talk crap about me just don't buy from me. Miss out on good deals but others will make up for your misfortune and get a good deal and eventually I will be bigger than most of you on here doing the bad talking about my buisness even though I am not tring to be. Just because the ones who do buisness with me for the most part come back and no thats not from selling HETS. Iactually sell just as many morphs if not more than hets.

since you sent a pic of the very exact female to this guy in MISSISSIPPI . I assumed at that time that you were part of a ( back door snake deal) involving my snakes and so my profits.

Barry White-banned from paypal

#1-Barry white banned from pay-pal and soon going to collections.
#2-I have fax from DHL showing my pkg from barry returned right back to him and never even left his area.
#3-when I asked for a refund due to barry's inability to provide a tracking #,he asked what was wrong with animals a WEEK before he even sent box that was returned as dhl would not accept snakes.The only reason he made ahis feeble attempt to ship was because pay pal was after him.
#4barry,be a man and pay your debts.
#5 Proof of all above available to interested parties.

I hope you can find some reslove in this Chuck. I think I remeber the sharp ads Barry had, and also recall how low the price is. Every time I see a animal with that low of a price tag I always stay away.

Im not really worried about this anymore , i will say its buyer beware out there now. All anyone can do is put down there own experiences and let folks make up there own minds who they want to deal with,

Barry White/L & B Reptiles

I made a deal with Barry to buy a pair of 100% het albino ball pythons for $600. I jumped on the deal because it was too good to be true. After I mailed him a personal check I discovered all of these posts. Things seemed kind of odd. Bits and pieces of other peoples posts fit into my dealings with him. When I called him on the carpet about all this I didn't get any straight answers. Well, I trust my instincts and my instincts said either I was getting no snakes or I was paying $600 for a pair of normals. So I stop payment on the check.

I haven't heard from Barry. My thinking is if you are a legitimate businessman and a deal falls through wouldn't you do some sort of follow up? I was waiting for him to call me to get an explanation of my actions. I also discovered he kept "the last pair" of 100% het albino balls posted on Kingsnake. This all added together fueled my suspicions.

Barry, if you are legitimate I'm sorry. I can't afford to get ripped off. You seemed like a great guy on the phone.

This kind of deal seems to be popping up more frequently than ever.
We need to band together and figure out a way to stop this.
This kind of thing is going to destroy our beloved industry. Does anybody have any ideas on how we can crack down and tighten the noose here?

I just seen an add L & B Reptiles got on KS in the Ball pythons. He is tring to sell or trade a Lesser Platinum. If any one can post the pic please do. It is nothing but a normal. that should show the character you are dealing with. I would be very leary of this guy, he likes to post adds for hets alot. Here is a link to the post.

My first time on Fauna A buddy sent me this link after I told him how Barry White of L&B Reptiles ripped me off. I sure wish I would have checked him out before I sent him any money.
I out a total of $540.00 for a pair of het albino balls.
That's alot of dough for someone just starting out like me.
The snakes he sent were nothing but skin and bones.
Poorly shipped, with no papper work, and were completely covered in mites.
They did'nt even make it thruogh one night.
I sent them back and expressed my discuss to Barry.
The liar said a refund would be on the way as soon as he recieved the dead snakes. Over a month now still no check.
This guy is something else. Can someone give me advice on how to get my money back? I'm from the old school were you reep what you sow. But perhaps someone out there has a better solution that me taking a trip up to SOUTH CARALINA!!!

Hi guys, Just to re cap the issue , The only thing i actually found or could prove was that Barry was using my picture to sell his SO-CALLED hets,
But it is astonishing to me that this kind of business and business practices go on at all for any length of time.
I think the problem is that people seem to look here after they have been basically screwed over , and then they always say i wish i would have read this first,
Its not nesesarily there fault , the sales associated with kingsnake are not connected in any way to this forum.
People find themselves coming here as a place to vent there frustrations , and warn others.
And then when a laundry list of dirty deeds pops about the guy they got scammed by, up there blown away by it.
there should be some kind public knowledge about this INVALUABLE forum,
Yes most people know about the fauna classifieds after they have been taken , or folks that have been in the biz for a while , but the newcommers in the market are at high risk of the B-S that people like our friend Barry and bruce eisenman and many others dish out,
BUYER BEWARE ,
i personnaly wouldnt buy a cricket from either one of these con artist's let alone a fake het.
A good move is to only buy from people who have good reputation`s in this business and who have been around a long time. even if you spend a few more bucks
you can sleep at night . and your het will be a het .

Well.... here we are 2 weeks later and I never heard from him. Totally reinforces my theory that it was a bad deal. I am so glad I'm not out my money. If you lost money I feel for you. I noticed he hasn't been posting on here or KS. Buyer beware. He could have a new name. Be careful.
