In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. so purchased a 41" x 23" x 18" viv for my bearded dragon, going on week 4

anyone has experience with them/lead times etc

quality etc?

I've heard and read nothing but great things about them, they just can take awhile to get their products out. I would not worry, I plan on buying a snake rack from them in the near future

they produce some awesome stuff-I just got a 47x23x15 cage a few weeks back. In their email, they told me that they recently had lost an employee and so products weren't getting out as quickly as possible.

So I think my estimated lead time was probably 5 weeks and I think it took about 8 to get here.

The quality is excellent though, you will not be disappointed.

I agree with germantank22 -- I had ordered 3 units -- 2 47x23x15 and 1 30x18x12. It took @10 weeks from order to delivery (normal lead time was 6-7 weeks). Quality was awesome and Steve is very, very responsive to emails/VM inquiries. I too was concerned about the length of time but based on my conversations with Steve, he lost an employee (after investing a lot of time in this person) and that set him way back in the weeds. I also got a look of whats behind the curtain when he explained how the supply chain and manufacturing processes come together. There are a lot of moving parts to the process.

Steve is a stand-up guy who produces quality cages and in my opinion are well worth the wait. He spent a lot of time determining what I needed vs just selling shoes to me, even down to the thermostat and thermometer type. Its obvious to me that Steve is very passionate about what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again for more of my cage needs.

Thanks,
Dave Bannan

I have done business with him before. His reptile room is immaculate and his animals and caging were beyond awesome. His Gila monster set ups made me wan one and Ive never had much interest in them.

i sold my order to some one else, got tired of the wait which was 2 months and got a critter condo instead, granted i am not holding it against them as they warned me about lead times.
