    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sorry to bump this thread but I guess it's better than starting a new thread looking for the same info.

First, does anyone have hard evidence that Flukers owns the Reptibid/Reptilemax/etc companies? I still haven't seen any. I see the links between that set though, that's obvious. I found this thread while looking for info specifically on Reptilemax, wasn't going to buy from them but was more interested in what kind of scam they are running with those prices. Also, how in the hell does one ship Fedex for $15? Even standard overnight to the next state over from me would be $25 or so. What are they doing, shipping ground?
 
I belive they are using 2 day shipping....do not quote me but I would not buy them. That is just me though
 
Overnight

I ordered a couple of reptiles from them just to check them out and they were sent via Overnight. I think they have a contract with FedEx. Since they only ship on MOndays and always seems to use the same type and size of container, they probably nogotiated with FedEx for better rates since they send out such a large number of packages. Sort of like the "bulk mail" rate at the post office.

FYI, I was actually very pleased with the reptiles I received form them, they arrived healthy and obviously well taken care of.

Dude, just look at the graphics...the bearded dragon and the boa...same exact artwork...I noticed that as soon as I visited the first time. They're incredibly ridiculous; thinking most people will fall for their crap...pretty obvious if you ask me.

I guess you didn't read my post, please try reading it again. I said I can see the links between reptibid and reptilemax but not between those 2 and Flukers.

Sorry, what I meant was that those are Flukers owned graphics. They're on a bunch of their products and ads. If they own them, of course they'll use them whenever they can. Nice artwork by the way, though I don't exactly support them. :D
 
Bumping this up with some other links as the question I do not think was answered and YES, these are all Fluker. Problems are again coming up with their animals and promotions so I hope people will check on Fauna and see what is really the story with these companies, their hide and seek promotions and inter-relationships:

I was at this show the poster is writting about and heard Howard Fluker state this and saw him hand out these to people claiming he owned them. Also back at that time looking through "whois" we found info that linked them all together and posted that on Fauna I beleive, I will have to dig that up as they change a lot of the info that let you know they were owned by the same.

Ok I too am confused why this site is bugging every one and the fact that there sponsors are themselves (or different coparations owned by the same group). I have tried their site, not much action but I will keep giving it a try. It is free so what can it harm. I am sure that the User and Pass Word on the Email is simply a software issue and if they were willing to sell these aniamls at this price I would have ordered as many I could have, because they were insane prices. Has anyone purchased an anilmal at this price?
A couple of other things, even if the "pass word" was let out, what good is it? No bank or personal information is attached to it. Other then a bad bidder which is on every auction site (reptile or not) for a free site, it is not bad. I am not thrilled with the Classified format, picture size is too small, and the listing page's ad description is too brief (have to open the ad to see what it is). But most of the other sites had problems from the begining.
Do you really think that offering free crikets was money making scam? Not just advertising and promotion. When you sihn up for the site, it has an area to check if you do not want emails from them, you can click it and stop the maddness at any time! Just my thoughts
 
I use to get reptibid but seens I got my new pc seems all I get is a white page &at bottom where the start button is it says reptibid.com why can't I get it any longer?
 
Because they changed the name, it is now Reptile auctions.
 
Why can't I get reptibid I use to get on my older pc but my compaq that I got last year just comes up a white page &at bottom says reptibid.com.I get everything else HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
