In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yeah it sucks the site roll back removed all posts from the last 48 hours.
jOSH, I really hope more than anything you have learned something from this.
1. If you have a problem with an animal/animals contact the seller in a timely manner. 6 months is not timely.
2. Document all problems you are having in a tangible way. PHOTOS, PHOTOS, PHOTOS!!! I don't care if you are worst photographer in the world. Take a picture of the animal with something for size reference like a quarter or an ink pen.
3. TAKE A SICK ANIMAL TO A VET!!!! Even if they just document the animals condition and examine it, that is still a CREDIBLE source.
4. Maybe you need to take a hard look at your care protocol. 15 years of experience, blah, blah, blah. Your care is lacking and you probably could benefit from more education.
Bottom line:
You picked this fight with NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING, credible to back up your claims, then you proceeded to spout nonsense facts about snake care, and shove your foot in your mouth.
It does not matter if you are going after a "big name" or a "nobody" back your claims up with PROOF, hard credible PROOF!

I agree... it's not as if anyone has a personal vendetta against Josh, contrary to his belief. If he had come in here and said, "Dr. Walker sold me sick snakes. Here is a picture of a DOA, here are pictures of the weights each animal had upon arrival, and here are all our emails and texts exchanged. I've tried contacting him repeatedly about this but gotten no response." I would've been shocked that such a reputable name sent out low quality animals. He still would've gotten flack about feeding one of them to death, but the rest perhaps might've made a case for him.
Note that this scenario is hypothetical, and that Josh did not contact Dr.Walker. I also doubt he sent out sick animals.

LEX & Autumn I agree 100% there is a right and wrong way to tell someone their wrong. I'm not taking sides but you do have to admit Josh did get bashed from the start. I'm sure if he was addressed in the proper manner. The thread would have went a lot smoother. It would have been done & over with by now.

yeh, this thread lost one my posts, I thought it was good, and now can't remem what all I said. Also lost a pm, and no idea from who it came, and maybe they resend. PM's r very important to me!
Anyway, maybe some of the bashing Josh got, brought on himself, some of it probably yeah unwarrented. The whole thread shouldnt have started in 1st place IMO.
One thing I remem posting, was maybe Doc's stock isn't as conditioned to be able take a radical feeding regimen as rest of Josh's collection. They are young, and I'd chalk up the DOA as unrelated (except maybe similiar case of stress) to later deaths.
So Josh took some heat, Doc's rep stays solid imo, Vinny will always be the Vinman lol, that's not gonna change, and maybe some ppl's dnbfost lists got an addition or two because of this thread.
Bottom line, I think the only resolution of this is let the thread sink. I don't think there is any winner in this, can only be some drama and hackles raised since there was very little as far as proof.

Anyway, I'm buying a snake from doc tomorrow, from his house. I feel fully confident that I will report back here that all his stock is healthy and properly taken care of. I wouldnt be spending over $200 for one snake if I thought it was going to be sick.

So yeah, I was there for about 1 1/2 hours today. What a great collection. He showed me tons of his adults and babies. All were in great shape, healthy, well fed, lively, beautifully colored. His collection is well organized, clean, and definately no types of diseases floating aorund there. I know he wouldnt allowed bad conditions for the snakes he has. Some of the scaley buggers are, by themselves, worth more than my entire collection of pets.
My little girl ate a pinky while I was there, she looks great.
Being an industrial techinician, I know that some things, even new, are 'bad out of the box'... however there's no way that 11 snakes came that way. Any problems with his snakes were because of his poor treatment of them.

I recieved my snakes from Doc today and as usual, they're gorgeous. I don't know if I should post pics here and keep this ridiculous thread going or if I should post them on CS.com. These are the snakes that I'm using for Josh's "challenge" that he issued earlier in this thread.

Sorry those snakes do not work for any challenge. They were not put through a winter cool down with no food like mine were. I also bet that the ones you got were all over 10grams. When most of the ones I received were under 10grams and twice as old as the ones you just received.
Now I thought this thread was over with after the update that lost so many post. About 40 to be exact. I had a whole list of post that I was going to comment to and did not post them because I thought this was over with.
I will be happy to continue this just say the word. What am I going to do make you people hate me and bash me even more. I think you are all pretty much at your limit on that. But the one thing I can do is change a few minds. I can not make anything worse so if you wish to continue this then lets rumble. I think I even have some of the post that were deleted saved. So I could repost them.
