Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

IMO, that's reprehensible. I've never thought to bribe a customer to leave a good guy thread for me, though it would probably cut down on the ones who forget when the time comes. And that's what that coupon really is, a bribe. And who wouldn't want 15% off, even if their experience was less than positive?

I'd be willing to bet that the guys you went yelling for an IP check on aren't going to see their 15% coupon. And it's really not anonymous when they come into the store toting a 15% coupon - you know where it came from.

It's nice to see an effort being made, but you've got a long way to go.

You are speaking on behalf of JohnAdams1980, wouldnt that be considered hearsay? Imean, how do YOU know he doesnt have a snake? I know he is a local customer but that doesnt necessarily mean he only buys from you does it?

The one part that bothers me about the whole JohnAdams1980 being a fraud is that you are soley speaking for that person. And for me, especially when you are accused of being that name as well, sort of makes me want to throw that claim out as well.

Personally, I would like to hear from JohnAdams1980 and have his IP checked while he is here as well. Hacking someones email, Fauna ID, etc.. Is virtually useless. Why not hack into something better other than to tarnish someone in a classifieds forum who really only has local support.

I would also like to see the x b/f chime in too. Id like to see him show his case as well.

I suppose that I am highly suspicious of this the whole debacle from all fo the angles.

There are more texts that are not relevant and would have to be highly censored. These are what pertains to this.

Like I said earlier. This is PROOF- "I have every reason with 100 percent certainty to believe that JohnAdams1980 account has been hacked and being used by rileyd or someone at his wishing. "

John was standing here in my store in front of me. He said he has a gecko. Thats it. I DID say that it is all hearsay until he posts. His case has been made to Webslave as far as I understand. I am sure when webslave is able to get to it he will. Then once John is able to log back in, or be allowed to create a user name I am certain he will. He is very upset.

You dont find it interesting that this new "John" is emailing me admitting he what? Hacked his own account? I posted the email. And why isnt this new "John" replying id I am incorrect and he is just a unhappy customer?

How about the fact my mother has NEVER worked a day in this store. She is NOT involved here. No one knows her. This is my place of business. Why would a customer in store make a post and take a dig at my mother? He wouldnt know she exists. Dennis does.

Here is what Dennis says in his post "all the same complaints you read about wendy and her mother are true."

Here is what the hijacked customer said "will not have any dealings what so ever with Wendy or her mother. "

I would NOT know who is who if they came in with coupon in hand. We districuted over 1000 flyers. Everyone gets the same coupon. Local radio giveaways too. The rock station does 10 a day alone. We have at least 50 to 100 customers a day. If someone did make a bad guy post I wouldnt know what coupon that was linked to...........and hey, if they do want to complain, I am the one that showed them where to go and how it is done :)

There has been several requests to have John Adams' IP checked.
As far as the usage of this site goes, John has posted using two IP addresses from the same ISP. Both IPs are unique to him, meaning no one but him has ever posted here using either one of them.
There are no IPs in common with him and any other member.

All of the above is also true for Riley, two IPs unique to him.

Look wendy i think your buisniess practices are shotty and i hear a ton of complaints from people i know and respect. my retraction of anything positive about your store is my opinion and stated as such. You can continue to bring up any pics of my return call you like. i will print or paste my phone bill shortly showing your moms previous calls if and deed its even important. I will not dispute that we had a social "relationship" if that makes you feel better. all this "proof" you want will be addressed when the feds show up to get me like you said. I will not further this pathetic banter.

Clay- I do believe that when the new email from John is traced by Webslave that he says he sent him it will be discovered that it is from the isp that he opened his account with and used on all posts (what was it 5 ? or 6 ?) prior to the last one. I believe this last one posted here will be the "unique" isp.

I spoke with John at about 7pm and he said he has not had a reply email from Webslave at that time.

Still no comment from the new "John".

Yesterday while viewing the website at work as a guest I was stunned to see a post made by me that I did not make. Once I got home from work I discovered that I was blocked out of my email account. My user name, password, and secret questions have all been changed. I was unable to get a living breathing person at yahoo to help me. I do have an email into their help center. I then went to Reptile Addictions to see if I could get advice. I learned of fauna through her store and hoped she could help me contact someone since I was hijacked.

I created this new email address for now.

I did not make the posting yesterday on Reptile Addictions. I do not own a single snake. I now own a hedgehog that I purchased 3 months ago and I have a tokay gecko I have had for 4 years I bought from Northwest Seed and Pet.

Wendy informed me that whoever has stolen my account has sent her emails to her business laughing about it from my email address. I am certain if asked she will provide those emails to you, she has my permission to do so.

Thank You for looking into this matter promptly.

We'll wait and see what further information arises. You are correct though, the posts made originally, in December, were from one IP and the recent posts made a couple of days ago were from the other.
Since there is a 3 month gap between them though that's circumstantial evidence in and of itself. Unless you have a static IP, even DSL or cable connections often change IP addresses in that amount of time.

I'm not saying he wasn't hacked, I'm just saying there's not adequate information just yet for me to claim positively that he was.
 
Ok, so John sent me an email. He has not heard back from Webslave as of yet. Seems almost everyone in Spokane is on Comcast, except me :)

I met John because Mike had threatened him like he had me. In an email exchange he told him something along the lines that-- he would pay him a visit like he had Wendy--. John surfed the net and found posts here by me about Mike. Long story short I had to have the police remove him from my store. He has a no trespassing order and restraining order. John came to see me and I was able to give him all of Mikes real info so he to could report his threats to the police.

From what I understand John has one gecko he has had for a long time. He comes to the store once every 2 weeks maybe and buys crickets. Thats it. I think he mentioned in the email to webslave he has acquired a hedgehog finally :) YA!

Here is the email and photo he sent me. I have removed his new email address.I downloaded the photo saved it to my desktop and will upload it as an attachment here. Then you will be better able to view the fact that he appears to be logged into his CraigsList account today.

I have better proof for the Fauna. My original post there was about JRSExotics. My attempt to adopt a hedgehog that was being re-homed.

I am able to get into my CL account still. I took a screen shot of my account while logged in. If I am not John, then why can I get into his account? I would ask that the John there show his proof of the original thread. His dialogue with Mike Matson back and forth on CL.

Though i hate to involve myself in a thread with you due to the way you "handle yourself' in discussions, I have to say you really need to take a step back and not cause so much drama. Its rediculous how any thread on the boi, be it good or bad, that involves you becomes a circus. Why not just take licks from idiots and ignore them like most people do.

If you feel the need to try and jump down my throat for this like you do everyone else its fine but this will be the only comment I make on your thread because I just don't care enough to argue with someone like you. Have a great time.

Brian, I dont feel like I have "jumped down everyones throat". I am sorry you feel that way. If anyone feels that way I apologize. I think I have been very professional during a personal issue, and have responded when asked.

I was asked for proof. So I replied and provided it. Last I checked that is what I am supposed to do here. When accused of something and asked for it- provide proof. That is all I have done. I dont have much more to add. It is what it is. People can believe what they like.

Virtually every bad gut posts turn into a circus. That too is what it is. I am no different.
