    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would think that noticing that the posts had been deleted would have indicated that a moderator is involved...
While this is going on - I'm going to ask that Reptile Asylum's posts not be quoted - I don't want to edit people's posts to remove her content.

By the way, I see you're also in the market of selling leopard geckos at just one week old? That's mighty risky, considering they barely have enough time to absorb the yolk sac and eat their first meal. No leopard gecko breeder worth their salt sells babies that young.

We've provided evidence for all of our claims. I think it's only fair that you provide evidence for yours.

Oops, sorry Harold, didn't see your request until after I posted. I was busy copying the screenshot from Reptile Asylum's Facebook account. I will not quote him again.
 
To whoever is using Chris' account - you may have been advised by one of the other moderators that registering an account with false information is grounds for removal. The birthdate listed is clearly not Chris'; and your repeated posting brings into question whether this is actually his account.
Just so you know - the moderators do not receive emails sent via the Contact Us link, and you did not contact me. If this is the person that sent another moderator a message, using the name Michele - obviously, I saw that (it was posted in the moderator forum to make us aware of the situation). If you want ME to contact you - you may PM me when this ban expires in 3 days...you made it fairly clear that you wanted to communicate with the admin, and I'm not him (that, in answer to your comment about not hearing from me yet).
 
Surely if this is a mature adult, they'd realize that they are not getting their point across by posting under a false name, against the rules, therefore getting their posts deleted.

Asylum sure is a good name for this...*cough*...'business'.
 
To me this is just a kid at that ‘punk’ age where he ‘thinks’ he knows everything and everybody else is wrong no matter what... This is not an excuse for him and such behavior and dishonesty is not in any way shape or form acceptable but to me an inquiry about him and his practices is not shocking at all. Sheesh, kids these days…

Just to clear up one teensy little sorta off topic point, I did not produce the first Enigma, Mark Bell did. I just did a lot of work with them and initiated some scientific testing on them. I do appreciate the kind words though. :D
 
I just got off his face book page....the gecko's he is selling and what morph he is labeling them are all wrong. Man I hope this is just a kid because if it is an adult they need a lot of help.

Looks like mommy and son teamed up. Mommy may be a secretary at a Law Office or something. Keep saying people are slandering them (even though it would be considered libel) . Clueless , hardheaded, rude you name it.

They have self destructed and I am sure after their timeout they will be back here with the same attitude and misinformation for all of us to listen to.
 
It's to bad. I like seeing young kids in the hobby, but they have to be willing to listen to others and willing to learn. If his mother really is backing him up on this then she's teaching the kid nothing. He will never be willing to take advise and learn from others if this is the case.

I totally agree . It would be really nice for them to come here and say something like "OK we felt attacked but can now see people were trying to help. I overreacted and welcome any advise on genetics.

now that would be a great start. I would be willing to help that person. They didn't ask for help but it was rejected in such a way that made this kid and his keeper look like BAD GUYS.
