Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Did you even read this thread Matt? It was Wes that drug you into this thread, not Rich. Rich was responding to an unjust and false accusation concerning his participation in past threads about you. So if you want to RIGHTLY point a finger at someone for you even being mentioned here, point it as Wes.

Both of you guys (Matt and Rich) need to take this feud private.

Your customers do business with each of you because of the service and products that you provide - not on how you run one or the other down.

I have to believe that there is more than enough business to go around to keep both of you both busy and successful.

I've done business with each of you. But honestly, I'm getting really tired of all of this BS on both parts.
 
I agree Scott, and thats what I am trying to do. Our differences were brought forth publicly and I am trying to clear them up publicly.. No foul intended...
 
It's true Matt, it was me. I mistakenly thought that rich had made an ass out of himself more than the time he did on your screwup thread and I was wrong. That was the only place.

It is my fault. Completely.
 
I’ve done a lot of business with Rich from purchasing Ball Pythons to Thermostats; he has always supplied me with excellent service, quick turn around time and polite customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from Rich again!

Good guy!

I have done business with Rich and it has always gone smooth. I bought some supplies and a rack from him and he bought some snakes from me. I waited a bit before posting to see if any of the baby Corns I put in the hatchling rack could escape. Nope....not one. A quality product for sure that I will be ordering more of in the future. Comunication through each transaction was always hassle free and my goods were delivered when they were supposed to be. Goody guy! Tom Stevens
 
Rich is a great guy! I buy from him locally and he always goes out of his way to meet me with what I need. A++ service and quality :thumbsup:
 
I couldn't have asked for better service.

I too have ordered flexwatt, racks, and I have two of his 4 foot cages. Just last night I had an escapee (hatchling corn) get out of one of my boaphile Rhinoraxx. I emailed Rich with my problem and he said he could get a hatchling rack out to me right away. I should have it within a couple days. Now that's service! I just like the fact that when I order from Rich I get my rack or cage within a couple of days and not months like it took for my boaphiles to arrive. While I like my boaphiles, I do think Rich's racks and cages are much nicer than them. Thanks Rich!

It's a Miracle!!

What do you know, It doesn't take 2 to 8 weeks to receive reptile supplies.

In previous deals with another supplier(not to mentioned), orders were received in no less than 2 weeks (8 being the longest), and they were simple orders. This time I ordered a connected Johnsons Controls from Reptile Basics on Saturday(1/27) and low and behold, before noon Today (Wednesday 1/31) I had my order on my door step and it was what I ordered and was packed well. Keep up the good work Rich!! I will be dealing with you for now on. :thumbsup:
 
not sure if i have posted on this thread or not, but rich and RBI is great! i have ordered many things from them and then unexpectantly (sp.) bought items when bumping into them at reptile shows!

I've got heat tape, thermostats, reptile relief, temp guns, racks and other things from these guys....

Also, this is the only place you can get the johnson controls with night drop!!!! Awesome service will keep me coming back.
 
I just got another order today from Rich. Awesome as always! He wired up 5 four foot pieces of heat tape for me and didn't charge for his labor like others do. Thanks as always Rich!

I ordered 2 pieces of Flexwatt from Rich a Reptile Basics at 4:30am on Wednesday. At 11:30a on Wednesday I got an e-mail saying they were shipped. I was floored! That is well above and beyond as far as service. They arrived on Friday afternoon and are very well done. I will definitely order from Rich again.
 
I just received my flex watt from Rich over at Reptile Basics today. After a little mistake on my part he was very cooperative and shipped the next day. It was assembled and ready to go. I'd suggest him for anyone. Thanks again!

I used to buy from the other Guy ..name not mentoined that posted on here....From now on out...It's Rich all the way..!!!.Great Products and Great Service I never knew they came hand in hand untill dealing with him...And Rich knows about Reptiles inside and out..It doesn't get any better then Reptile Basics.. :iagree:

Just wanted to let everyone know that I once again ordered from Rich. Bought a Helix and some cleaning stuff with his online store last night. Just a few minutes ago I got a email with the FedEx Shipment Notification.

So yup - It's great not having to worry about waiting weeks or a month or two for you stuff to be shipped out or just being told your stuff shipped out, when really it didn't.. or being told "they lost your order"!



Reptile Basics IS THE WAY TO GO!
 
Just got my stuff from Rich. Perfect transaction with great customer service and speedy shipping once again. Can't beat putting a order in on a Sunday night - having it shipped the next day and it arriving at your door on Wednesday!
 
Another perfect order from the guy who knows how to take care of his customers! I ordered a bunch of rodent watering supplies (thanks for carrying them now Rich!) on Monday. They shipped on Tuesday and I received them Thursday. It doesn't get much better than Reptile Basics!
