    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Great Guy!!!

I purchased some flexwatt and a thermostat from Rich. There were some issues with the credit card company getting things processed and Rich worked with me to get them resolved and get me the products. I highly recommend Rich and Reptile Basics.
 
Rich is the absolute best, as far as I'm concerned. He listens to me and makes honest suggestions as to what I need and don't need. Every order I've placed has been delivered to my door in less than 4 days. Thanks, Rich, for your professionalism and customer service!!

i got a thermostat from him a couple years back and i buy heat tape from him for my racks, theres nothing but good things to say about him honesty trusthworthy business man is what hes all about
 
I've ordered 4 racks, those nice little tub dividers, a couple thermostats, and rodent watering supplies over the past year or so and I never had to wait longer than I should and have never had any problems at all! Any time I need supplies, I think of RBI first.
 
I ordered a helix dbs 1000 from Rich on Thursday about 12:15. by 1:00 I had a tracking # and scheduled delivery date. This guy is falt out the best in the business. His customer service and promptness is second to none.
 
Heating

I just recently purchased some heating items and a thermostat from Rich ay Reptile Basics. Rich is a terrific guy and helped me out tremendously in the way of setting up my stuff so when it got to me all I had to do was plug it in and I was ready go. I would definitely recommend Reptile Basics to anyone looking to pick up good quality merchandise for there reptiles at a good price.
 
Reptile Basics Inc..are amazing that you so much. My rack made it here before a smaller order from a different company. I can't wait to but from them again.

Ordered a thermostat, scale and some heating supplies on the 18th.

Got my tracking number via email on the 19th.

Got my stuff on the 21. Now THAT is how you do it.

Everything arrived in perfect condition, packed great, with a very clear invoice and wired as I asked. I couldnt ask for more. Will definitely be shopping at Reptile Basics again.
 
Just got in my two new racks from RBI. They look great, as I suspected they would. This is my 2nd order with Rich and I couldn't be happier. I ordered the racks on 6/16/08, I wasn't even thinking that they would be here yet, I was expecting the end of the week at the earliest.

When I need more rack space I will be going back to RBI, no questions about it.

Rich is a class act. UPS lost a roll of flex watt for me, which he promptly replaced. It was later found by the road in the long grass, and when I attempted to pay for it, he wouldn't accept the money.

Hard to find people of that caliber. He's got my vote.
 
I'm late again in posting this. I ordered two more RBI 4 ft cages from Rich. Both arrived in good working order, and timely as expected. I really like these cages, and highly recommend them to anyone who has had second thoughts about them.

Keep up the good work Rich. You'll keep me coming back for sure. :thumbsup:

Thought I'd add my 2 cents too...
I've ordered a rack in the past and various supplies over time from RBI and have had only great service from him... and great product that is always well-packaged. Obviously they have great prices as well; these things will keep me coming back for sure! :thumbsup:
 
I have done 2 transactions with Rich and I just recently got my new rack from him! I could not be happier with his customer service and the quality of his products. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
 
I, too, had a great experience when i purchased from them over a year ago, and the rack i bought from them is currently the best piece of equipment i own.
