In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yes I have ordered a number of things from them. Never been dissapointed. They ship fast. I always order ground shipping and it never takes more then 3 days. A plus in my book....

I ordered a few feet of Heat Tape and a bottle of Chlorhexidine from them. Shipping was very, very fast and my items were packaged very well. They also assembled the heat tape very well and answered all my questions.
They're my favorite "reptile supply" supplier now, I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

I ordered my first rack from Rich (only made ones before). He had someone bring it to NARBC for me to pick up. I absolutely love the rack and Rich's customer service is always great. I buy all my heat tape from him, too.
