    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello, I was just planning on ordering from Reptile Depot. I was just wondering how other peoples purchases went with them.

We have had terrible luck with them...we had won a cham cage thru ebay last month...and they hadn't shipped it in 4 weeks....after repeated emails (with no reply's) and phone calls (with no answers), we finally spoke with "the manager" and told him we were going to report his bad service and basically "fraud" on selling on ebay, etc.   We told him we wanted our $ refunded...it was refunded immediately and "the manager" also said for our inconvience, he would ship out the cage for free.  Well....that was on 7/17.  We still haven't seen the cage.  We emailed them yesterday about it but haven't gotten a reply yet (go figure).
I would NEVER buy anything from them again.  But that's just my opinion.  You might want to check out the opinions of other ebay users.  Others have had similiar issues.

About a year ago, I "bought" a baby blonde leopard tortoise from them (or so I thought).  The day it was supposed to be delivered, I emailed them to get the tracking number and I received an email that said they were oversold on leopard tortoises  and it was not shipped.  I took a day off work to receive this animal!  To their credit, they did not charge my credit card but I will still never do business with them again.
 
I have purchased  dragons and crested gex from them, with never any issues.  Always great animals, great supplies.  The cricket operation is not the greatest...
