    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I ran across their website while looking up shipping supplies. Their shipping rates are $5 less than SYR's.

Are they reliable?
Do they ship ONLY in Canada or do they ship through the US as well?

Can any mods edit that for me please so I do not get the wrong info for reptileexpress.com as opposed to reptilesexpress.com?
 
I was reading a thread about them starting back up 5/16/11 and saw many people excited about that - so now I do feel a bit more comfortable about going through them and am highly considering it. This is my first time shipping so I do not want anything to go wrong :)
 
I always ship through ReptilesExpress.com and LOVE them...Debbie is such a great help and will go above and beyond to help out if there's ever an issue. Great customer service.
 
I just placed an order and received a response from them immediately. Great customer service.

I use them almost exclusively! Thet are very relieable and as people mentioned Debbie is very good at getting back with you QUICKLY! I screwed up my forms a couple times and she immediately fixed everything with no problems or attitude. She is great and will help in whatever way she can. Top notch company for sure!
