    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

paypal did side with us today on it and gave us a refund right after is when we got the bad emails im not mad at anyone i did express concern to her about shipping everything yall have read is the same as what paypal looked over

You should really make her/them aware of this thread so they have the chance to share their side of the story.

As for Paypal, good luck, but I don't think you'll get anywhere with them because you did receive a shipment and that's all they care about (from what I've seen). Now, if you used a credit card via Paypal, you probably have a better shot to go through the CC company.
 
Wow Reptile Garage is on the top of my do not buy from EVER list! I also believe this is the second time recently I've seen something about a dominant trait trying to be passed off as recessive. I guess this is the current scammer trend to move normals het for nothing quick! I also would of had bells go off in my head LOUDLY when she mentioned heat packs that the hunters use. It is so irresponsible in my mind for someone to ship out a life if there is even a chance of the temps being too cold! They are living creatures not just dollar signs!
 
she didnt mention the hand warmers till my wife unpacked her and texted me a pic of the box she told us she knew alot of old timer tricks for cold weather shipping and i took her at her word
 
just picked up insulated packs at the local pet shop they save theirs for me when they get orders in. i use heat packs like you use for hunting and wrap a towel over the snake bag when packed it helps with keeping them warm a trick an old timer taught me,

Wasn't this before the snake was shipped?
 
at that time i didnt think it was hand warmers it didnt hit me till my wife texted me they were hand warmer im not a hunter i didnt know what all 40 hour heat packs were used for
 
we did end up talking to people about it and doing research on it to see if they were useable in shipping which every person we talked to said no and so did all the sites
 
yeah from what i understand they are single use if ur talking about hand warmers they only last about 6 hours if ur lucky and dont provide enough heat if ur talking about 40 heat packs they are single use as well
