• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

i recently bought my blood python from reptile rapture and let me tell you richard allen and his staff are 100% top notch in my book. there was actually a mix up on my order and i brought it to the attention of richard and without hesitation he offered me a full refund and some money on top of it,that right there blew me away. thier honesty and ability to admit a mistake was made and be willing to correct it without trying beat around the bush or pass the buck was awesome on their part. i chose not to do the refund and accepted what i got because of this honesty.

when i told richard not to worry about a refund and that everything was fine i threw in a line on my email jokingly saying if he wanted to make it up to me he could just send me one of those fancy midwest field hooks. now i didnt really expect him to take me seriously but wouldnt you know he replied and asked which one i wanted and wouldnt you know two days later i come home and my brand new field hook is sitting on my porch.now i can honestly say i dont know to many places that will give you that kind of service but im sure glad i found the one that will and with that i say thank you reptile rapture
you guys are awesome keep up the great work.

if anyone needs anything from reptiles to reptile related equipment and supplies i would definitely
recommend them 100%
