I have several supply ads posted. You can combine from them all. I won't be able to get a shipping estimate until I know all the items you'd like to get. I will look for the cheapest shipping method, of course. You also have the option to pick-up the items if you live near the San Francisco Bay Area. Delivery in that same area may be possible, depending on distance, and I would need gas/toll money.
I am getting over a cold, so I may take a day to reply to inquiries.
Most of the items below are common things that look the same everywhere.

8 Shipping boxes from “Ship Your Reptiles”, with black insulation foam pieces. Size is 7” x 7” x 6”. Boxes have the animal identification/caution info printed on them, including the Lacy Act form.
(Retail: $3.67) Asking $3 each, or all 8 for $20

11 or 12 White, pre-punched shipping deli cups with clear lids, round. 4” dia. x 2” tall (about), 10-12 oz or so.
Asking $0.20 each, or all for $1.75

50 Clear, pre-punched shipping deli cups with clear lids; round. 12oz size Package was opened, but none were ever used. Still in original packaging.
(Retails between $0.50 and $0.65 per cup/lid set)
Asking: $20 for the full 50 count cup/lid set.

5 SQUARE, vented shipping boxes (or bug/spiderling/micro-gecko boxes).
Lid has an access flap to it. You would have to tape that down when packing the box. 4” square x 2 ¾” tall, 24 ounce or so. Not easy to find this kind of box.
Asking: $1.25 each, or all 5 for $6
