    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I also got a new rack and thermostat from Rich and I love it. I'm converting from aquariums to racks and these are great. Rich was great to deal with. Hope to get more from him in the future.
 
I bought 4 cages from him and they are great. He was easy to talk to and got back when he said he would, didn't take long for them to get here either. When it is time to buy another cage I will be buying from him

:iagree: It did for me as well as all my referrals. Hassle free, great communication, and delivered when promised. I also have no doubt if I ever have any problems with my order, I would receive a hassle free resolution as well!
 
I got my racks a couple of weeks ago as well. I also got to meet Rich in Daytona to talk and he knew his stuff. I am loving the racks as well. The customer service was 1000X better then the previous people I got racks from. These are light weight and I am loving the flat bottom tubs compared to the Sterilite!
 
Rich is great...communication was A plus...bought a rack,got it w/in 3 days..2 tubs were broken he replaced them immediatly...always in contact...will buy all my racks from him
