    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well, I have sent him a paypal payment request for the remaining money he owes of $81.49 even though the first paypent has not cleared yet. I asked him if he is really trying to run a legit business he will refund the payment for the dwarf jackson in full. We will see what happens. I am not holding my breath though! lol!

to a refund because to tryed to get a chameleon from this company at
below wholesale and that is something i can not do. if a mistake was

the animal in question back. not try to keep it and get it at below
cost. the animal that you have is $79.99 plus $23.00 shipping. if you
keep it you must pay that amount. end of discussion.

YOU AGREED to the $31.50! YOU could have simply said no, but YOU said since this was YOUR mistake you will go ahead and do it. I am very sorry Viictor but you have already lied and cheated me so I do not trust that you will do any different should I send her back. I would like to really ressolve this issue with you so I do not have to escalate this any further. I willing to nigotiate a price you owe me to settle this once and for all.

Its apparent that this is a no win situation with your attempt to resolve this. These people who have been in business since March have really hit themselves in the head with a hammer.

The BOI has an infinite memory and when those that are seeking information on this business provide a search, there will be plenty of ammunition to raise a red flag . There is no sense in purusing this. As much as you may want to resolve it , your best approach would be to leave things as they are and move on. There are many reputable people out there who can service your needs on a more respectable level than what you have received from these characters. It just unfortunate that you picked an operation that is so concerned about their money that they fail to realize that there are advantages to accommodating a customer correctly. JERRY
 
btw- the $10 refund he said would be in my account by YESTERDAY was never done, and I still have not received the first $31.50 either.
 
lol! Thanks! I am suprised that someone would want to defend this person so badly when he clearly stole my money....So weird! I know some of you think I should just let it go, but when I contacted the web site he posts on they told me to file an internet fraud report and then they will take steps to get him off the board. They said they do not want someone like him on the board. Has anyone ever done this?
Mind you HE STILL HAS HIS AD UP FOR THE JACKSONS HE CAN NOT GET!
 
Yes I was told to file with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I was just wondering if anyone has ever done it and if anything ever came out of it...
 
Well, the $31.50 cleared. Still waiting for the $81.49 he still owes me!!!

HAHAHAHA! I have a chameleon "BREEDING PROGRAM"!! I guess a few cages of chameleons means I have a full force breeding program going on huh! I guess not only does he have trouble identifying his reptiles but he has trouble identifying full force breeders! lol! Yyes I do have a male mt meru....I wonder why he thought I specifically asked for a female anyway!

Is this is his livelihood, I suggest he find a new calling. Customer service should be of the utmost importance, not the money. He should do his math: Happy customers = more money in the long run.
 
who said I asked for a full refund?? It is all over this thread that I asked for my money back for the chameleon he COULD NOT PROVIDE ME BUT TOOK MY MONEY FOR. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE $144.49 BACK. HE told me to keep the flapjack and have me pay him MORE money, which I did. He never sent me the other chameleon in which I am asking for my money back for that one. I thought that was pretty clearly posted on here....?

I was begining to wonder when was he going to play the "sue-you" card? :rolleyes: And everything for $31.5 - 23 = 8.5, that's about 4 seconds of the time of a very inexpensive lawyer.
