    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

John White, thank you noticing our efforts in this regard. We have updated and changed hundreds of images already but still have many hundreds more to go through.

Thank you for pointing this out. In addition to removing content that does not belong to us, we also need to check many images for accuracy. It's a work in progress.

Oh dear. Akonitonty, if I upset you or anyone with the symbols in place of angry words, I'm really sorry. This whole situation just upsets me a lot. I have friends who are photographers and they work very hard to create their work...it is despicable that someone would just keep on stealing others' photos. Not only that, but many on here have called him out and talked to him...and he just keeps doing it. I feel so badly for everyone who's had their photos stolen and Mr. Crespo doesn't seem to care to clean up his act.

I figured that the symbols in place of angry words were ok for the BOI. If I upset anyone or broke a rule, I apologize sincerely.

I feel that a little education is in order. My company has spend countless dozens of hours making changes on our website so your claim that we "keeping doing it" is no longer applicable. Many of these same photographers are now very happy to work with me on licensing agreements to use their work. For other images I simply use what is freely available to all through Wikipedia's Creative Commons license. And still in other instances I purchase images from the many royalty free stock photography websites thereby supporting even more photographers. So, I guess what you can convey to your photographer friends is that the days of my company causing them any pain or suffering is nearing it's end.

I think you have failed to understand me. What people are finding are what are called "legacy issues" and not the result of NEW activity. Let me give you an analogy. Say you are an archeologist and you discover a new dinosaur bone. Now Dinosaurs lived millions of years ago and the logical conclusion is that these bones are not the result of any new activity but of life that has long since died out. In a similar vien, when someone "discovers" a new violation on our website that does not mean that the "dinosaur" discovered is still alive and kicking but is of this "legacy issue" we are dealing with on a daily basis. Now you believe what you wish, but as you look through our website you will see hundreds of copy-write notifications under the images on our website with the rest of the website scheduled for further copy-right tagging in the near future.
 
For accuracy:

Corn snake section:

Your amber motley is actually an amel motley.
Your butter motley is a plain caramel.
You have a gopher snake listed as such in the corn snake category.
Your hypo motley is a plain hypo.
Your motley corn snake is a plain amel.

Other rat snakes:

Your preview photo on the main page for the gray rat snake is a gopher snake, but the image once you click the link is correct.

Your "ruby eyes lavender striped kingsnake" is a striped corn snake.

Ed, I am sorry you see things through such a jaded lens. However, I am glad that I provided you with a laugh at my expense. All I can say is that I am doing my part in accomplishing this monumental task. Actually, I should be thanking all of you on this forum because all the publicity this forum offers my website, in a rather perverse way, has increased my sales and subscribers. Bizarre but true.

I highly doubt this website has increased your sales. I call bull crap. Prove it. I personally won't buy from someone that has stole. You have done this in the past and have be called out before for stealing pics and continued doing it. I say you will wait till the heat is off and then start ripping off pictures again. That's what you seem to do best. Take you own pictures quit being so lazy.

I agree completely. I doubt Robert Crespo will stop stealing pictures, but time will tell. Either way, he'll always be on my do-not-buy-from-or-sell-to list

Kimberly and Show Me, I am not out to convert the world, nor do I have anything to prove. As you say, time will tell whether or not we have completely changed our ways when it comes to image acquisition. However, to invalidate or deny that we have made any changes is being intellectually dishonest and refusing to accept that we have made changes based on your personal biases. Maybe what the real problem is, is that you cannot stand to think that companies like mine actually exist and are valued by our many customers.

No I don't see things through a jaded lens, once you stole pictures of mine then cropped my name off and used them on your site as your own I see things from the position of being a victim of your dishonest business.

I'm sure the only reason you have changed anything is that you fear you will be held accountable for your theft and you know the is proof is undisputable. You 100% right in saying I want your company to fail miserably and the reason for that is simple... I don't have any respect for thieves.

Show Me, I see that I was right, that you will be 100% against my company no matter what I do. Anything that I say or do will never be able to please some people, yourself included. Therefore anything you do say or insinuate will naturally reflect your bias which seeks only to condemn, rather than look at things objectively. I guess making changes for the better is not good enough for you.

I think right now you have alot to prove to everyone. first thing is the image acquisition. what you really meant is stealing pictures then cropping off the photographers names so you can use them on your site as your own.

You calling anyone intellectually dishonest is what the proof posted in this thread has shown about you and your shady business.

My guess is you have no animals to take pictures of.
