    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

has anyone ever purchased from here? Im not sure if im posting in the right section or not, (new here) But I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them? I ordered a screen bearded dragon cage from their site. But have had issues getting in contact with them. Ive tried Facebook, And Their email. But no response. I was wanting to know how quickly I would receive my cage. Its been 2 days, and My order is still under "processed" maybe I'm just being a bit impatient.

And as for live animals? I was planning on getting a couple of their cresteds. But I want to know of others experience with them. Thanks in advance guys!
 
Due to the time of year and all I would say you are being impatient. You posted this thread and then just over 3 hours later you request an update? Not everyone gets on at the times you posted so it takes some time. I ordered some silver bars from a website on the 25th, the got my payment processed on the 26th and shipped my order on the 27th but they stated that my order wouldnt be shipped until the 29th, so they were ahead of schedule. point is to give them a day or two but make sure you put an emal into them so they at least know you would like an update.
 
I requested an update, due to the fact that the thread was getting 60+ views. But no replies, I realize that not everyone gets on at the same time. Thanks for the response, I'll go ahead and email them.
