    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What an awesome breeder of red foot torts. Mike is a very professional and just plain nice guy. My questions were answered fast and he was most pleasent through out our transaction. He really loves his torts and even included a pic of my tort so I could show him off without taking him out of the house. I highly recommend Mike for dependability, professionalism, and herps that look even better in person. Thanks for your time. David

Yes I absolutely agree with you. A while ago I bought an incredible looking Argentine boa from him. Great service and one of the most professional shipping procedures out there.

One thing though, it's Greathouse and not Steakhouse! :)

Great guy

I just recently had my first experience dealing with Mike Greathouse @ Reptilian Dreams and I am very impressed with how smooth our transaction is going and also simply what a pleasure he is to deal with. The payment he sent for the pair of boas I sold him came very quickly and he has kept in close contact with me through the entire process. I have no doubts that this BCI pair will have a great home and I would highly recommend Mike to anyone considering doing business with him.

Excellent to deal with.
I recently purchased a female dumeril's from him. She arrived in perfect condition and was even better looking in person than in the pics. He packs his animals very well and answers all questions very quickly.
You can buy with confidence from Mike. Definitely one of the good guys.

a great guy to do business with. I've always had excellent transactions with him and certainly hope to do business with him again soon. There are certain people I never hesitate to work with and Mike is one of them. I can't wait until his '05 offspring arrive. Please shoot me birth announcements as they come Mike. While I have not purchased from Mike, I have communicated with him via email on several occasions. Not only is he a staunch supporter of Fauna, he is also bright, ethical, and a nice person. I would not hesitate to do business with someone of this high quality.

I just received my female Dumeril's from Mike. She is so much more than her picture ever showed of her. So calm, too. I was putting her into a container set-up here at work, and she just cruised all over me. She is a beauty.

I bought 1.2 snow corns from Mike in one of the Fauna Fund auctions. These are my first snakes and he was very helpful with quick answers to all my questions. They snakes were packed well and arrived healthy. I may have to breakdown and buy a redfoot hatchling this year; he's got the best looking, colorful hatchlings I've ever seen. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again and again. :spinny:

I won an auction from Mike in the Fauna Fund and all went well. I received my product in a timely manner.

Mike is a consummate professional.

I just received 1.1 Dumeril's Boas from him this morning...they are active and healthy...and absolutely GORGEOUS...exactly the animals I chose from his website as well.

The shipping was absolutely TOP NOTCH. I could barely get the snakes OUT of the box they were packed so securely...

Great Communication...very easy to deal with...and a great deal as well.
He even was willing to hold the animals until the weather was warm enough to ship...which is the sign of a conscientious breeder...definitely cares about his animals and customers.

I am looking forward to doing business with Mike again in the future.
 
I just wanted to add...even after the transaction has been completed...Mike has been completely accessible...answering any and all questions via email almost instantly. Absolutely a great guy...his business ethics are a model for any of us to follow. Definitely one of the best out there.

I have dealt with Mike twice. Both times was for a book purchase and he was excellent in every way. And what an excellent shipper. I finally managed to get my book free from all the packaging in about 15 minutes :) LOL! Seriously though real stand up guy!!
 
If everyone were as professional as Mike, we'd have no need for the BOI!! Most definitely one of the "good guys!"
