    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am not threating anyone this guy asks why i was runninig my mouth if someone is saying stuff that is not true i am most definitly going to give my in put (2 cents) on the situation.And paying Marcia was going to happen reguardless of anyones input.Never once did i think ill just keep this money.It was only $105 so why would i do that when i could have made more than that in a couple of hours.Anyways i was just defending myself because when people are saying things that arent true you will inform them of the truth and let them know they are wrong.

Sometimes Mitch, you really should consider the SOURCE of whatever is being said about you. If someone who has NO credibility says things about you that are not true, and everyone knows that person cannot be believed, is it really worth getting mad or defending yourself over?

Now, I am the first to admit that, on occasion, it is highly amusing to toy with these no credibility folks, but to actually take what they say seriously is not really that smart.

Sometimes it's better to just ignore something and/or let it go.

I heard the same thing when I was your age and thought the person saying it was full of crap. The old saying that with age comes wisdom is true.

The only catch is you have to live long enough to get the wisdom. Your present path, taking on all comers whether or not they are worthy, is not one likely to lead you to old age.

Give it some thought.

I'm not so sure about that. I honestly believe that the BOI was directly instrumental in facilitating getting my money back.

The amount was not the issue. It was the principle that when someone pays for a product in good faith, they expect to get the product as promised. If the product is no longer available, then a refund should not take 3 weeks and 4 pages of crap on the BOI. If it was "only $105", then why was it so difficult to get it? I would shudder to think of how you could make that amount in a couple of hours.

Mitch, if you don't want people passing judgement on you or your actions, then people are right... you need to STOP bragging about your chronic drug use, DUI's, and criminal record! Heck, you managed to rack up 18 points in the original thread for profanity, and 1 in this one for starting a second thread. People's opinions of you are based on your own comments and behavior, and not on what anyone else did or said.

I posted an inquiry about you on this forum, and the matter is now settled. You refunded my money like you said you would. So, unless you expect people to stop posting their opinions of this situation, then I suggest you just let it rest.
 
I asked for the other one to be deleted but they havent done anything except add 1 warning point to my name.I dont know what else to do.
 
MARCIA, its very apparent that Mitch

needs to have the last word. You are correct about bringing this to a conclusion, and I am very happy that you spoke your mind about what would have happened had it not been brought to the BOI.

One good consolation. The BOI has an infinite memory. Possibly if Mitch decides to continue attempting to sell anything in the near future and its brought to light here at this forum. It may save some other people some heartache, BEFORE they attempt to do business with this character. Hopefully this post will put an end to this thread, and if we are all lucky, allow Mitch to persue other venues because this one "has closed its doors". He is a very angry young man! Its regrettable but people like that seem to self destruct well before their time. The best course of action would be to ignore him, and move on with more positive people who have something to contribute. He for sure does not.
 
Reguardless or the boi you would have gotten your money.You all didnt think she would get her money,she did.Now you all are giving more opinions so you can say its what made me pay.I was raised that if someone is talking about you you call them out.I offered you a refund a while back but you said no.I am not saying i am right but i did offer.I had the money to pay you with the whole time as i do know so i sent it as soon as i got you a MO as you didnt want a Pesonal check.Closed the door on me .Actully i just got in 20 leos yesterday and i already have 6 sold.So i guess i am still in .Know i didnt use the best words to try and get my point across but i said what i felt i had to ,to be heard,but i wish i used different words.Thank you to everyone that gave me the acknolegement for doing what i said i would do.So the bottom line is she got her money and its over so we can go on and on but thats pretty much all i have to say.So i am trying to live a better live and hope things work out for everyone.Oh and by the way i was not bragging about my dui or smoking chronic i was being honest and ive always heard its best to be honest RIGHT?

Mitch, that is an out-and-out lie. I have saved literally every bit of correspondence between you and I, and you asked me if I still wanted the geckos or a refund. I said I still wanted the geckos. Take a look at the very first post I made with all the email. Since you seem to want to have the last word, I suggest you go ahead and post it and then just let it die before you dig yourself deeper.

Thats what i was talking about.

Thats what i was referring to when i offered you a refund.About what it says there i got an african fat tail gecko from someone and they were keeping it with a leopard male and the african fattail laid eggs and i hatched them.So they are a cross between the two.So thats what i mean by that.And you cant say i didnt offer you a refund because i did and you still wanted the geckos i offered you the money back because i told you i was going to be going away for a couple days and didnt know if you wanted wait for me to get back and send them.Unfortunatly i got ripped off by my so called homeboy,but he got his so thats that.So is that a lie or not?I am not trying to sound like the good guy here but i am not the bad guy either.So this came about because i decided to go party for a couple days instead of being on top of bussiness and i payed over $800 for it.So i screwed myself.I thought i could trust someone but i was wrong.If you trust me or not i sent you your money because it was yours bottomline.So i am now the one that out.

I laugh at you.I am learning eveyday.I think its funny how people kept posting after she got the the funds so obviously i am going to post back.I grew up living in a place where you have to stand up for yourself and hold your own if you dont then people see you as weak and take eveything you got.I am seriously changing my life the thing is you guys cant see it.If you were to ask everyone i know about me they would say that i dont like to fight or put in work but i will do what i have to ,to hold my own.I am not glad that i have gone to jail and the pin but at least i can survive it and can hold my own.I have lived through some of the worst situations and places and i am still here and am striving to make a better life.To tell you all the truth ever sience i was little i wanted to join the Marines but when i got my felonies i messed that up to.I still want to join and wish i had not messed up.But all things happen for a reason so maybe i would have gone and died but thats not what GOD intended for me who knows.Give me your info and ill contact you in about 10 years and show you i am not dead in the gutter.I smoke bud and drink thats it.I dont rob steal and cheat for it,i dont cluck stuff for it and i dont tax people for it.I used to a few years back when i was addicted to shurm,i liked to get wet.Honestly i would most likly be dead or in prison for life if it wasnt for the bud.I know its still a drug but its also a medicine.You all might think i am cocky,ungratful,idiot,drug addict but iam not.I may use bud but its helped me to get off the stuff that was killing me.If any of you have had your whole family using around you as a child and you started using drugs in 3rd grade and got taken by the state and became ward of the court and went on the run and had to live on the steets and hustle for money to feed yourself you might know why i am the way i am.I have learned to shut off my feelings.But i am getting it back slowly.There are some people that make 1 mistake by drinking and driving and kill somone and get 20 years in prison.They could have had a perfect chilhood and never used drugs and just drunk a little to much 1 time.When they go to prison they wont know anything and people are going to exploit that.They will take advantage and tax you everything you have.So those of you are scared of people that have been their and have lived the life.You feel like you are higher and better but it only takes 1 time.I have learned from my choices and am also gaining wisdom.Just because i smoke bud and speak my mind rather people like it or not does not make me in the gutter.If i had a different upbringing who knows where i might be.But i didnt so i have to work with this one and i am responsible for my own actions and the choices i make.It is hard to adjust from one lifstyle to another but it can be done.I am not going to be a totaly new person so i will still have some of the same traits.So i will always speak my mind and stand up for myself just as i was taught sence i was little.You have pull your own weight and then some thats what i was taught or thats what i HAD TO DO.People dont like how i express myself but i am not trying to please anyone.I might smoke weed until i am an old man but does that make me a bad person?Does speaking my mind make me a bad person?Does being brutaly (bluntly)honest make you a bad person?Just because i have gone to jail and made some mistakes does that make me a bad person?Just because i am different does that make me a bad person?People are afraid and push away and try to put down and justify there actions towards things they dont know.So am i going to the gutter because i smoke bud ,and have told everyone my responses to their opinions towards me?Or is it actully possible that i could be a person going through a change of life for the better?It might not happen over night but if i really want it IT WILL HAPPEN.
 
I agree with Rick, you just don't get it. By all means, continue to blame the world and everybody in it for your actions. That way you won't have to blame yourself for the obvious lack of intelligence, drive and maturity to function as part of society. You claim to be able to hold your own but in reality you are weak. You have to smoke your dope and drink because it helps you deal with your all so tough world you live in. Reality check, everybody has a hard life not just you. It's all in the way you deal with it. You get stoned and drink to escape instead of furthering yourself from it. Your posts are nothing more than a call for attention so I'll help you out... awe poor little Mitch.
