In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am curious about the company ReptiPro.

I bought a ReptiPro6000 incubator for my boyfriend as a birthday gift.

I ordered it on September 1st, and received an e-mail confirmation from them. His birthday is the 14th of this month. I figured that two weeks would be ample time for it to arrive.. Since then, I've received nothing. No shipping confirmation, tracking number, nothing. Before ordering, I checked to make sure it was available and in stock, which it was. I figured if the item wasn't in stock I would at least be notified that it would take a while longer.

I tried to find a number I could call to reach an individual to speak with, but their website shows nothing other than an e-mail address you can contact. I also tried looking up their shipping information, finding nothing other than using the option of "standard shipping" with no more details than that. I e-mailed them three days ago, asking if they could please give me some information on the matter, and have yet to hear anything from them.

I'm getting a little frustrated and I don't know what else to do in order to reach someone. If they would at least let me know if it has even been shipped, where it is, or when it's supposed to be here, I would be able to figure out something until it arrives.

Has anyone ever had a positive or negative experience with this company, or has done business with them and knows how to contact someone who will actually provide me a response to the issue?

Thanks so much,
Erin Owens

I ordered a Reptipro 6000 earlier this year & the temperature buttons didn't work. I emailed the company & they shipped a new one out the next day. I am pleased with how fast the response time was, less than 2 hours I think from the time I sent the email to the reply.

You may need to check your spam folder, it is possible their response went there.

I just double-checked both of my e-mails' spam folders.. no such luck. That would've been an easy fix. I glanced at ReptiPro's site again tonight. It says the Reptipro 6000 is now out of stock until the end of September. At the bottom it says the site was last updated on Friday, 07 September 2012 at 23:18.

I placed my order before they said they were out of stock.. If I can't figure out where the package is or if it's going to arrive before his birthday, I would rather cancel my order and be able to get it on time. But I do not know any other way of contacting an individual at ReptiPro who can give me information on my order.

Not sure what else to do.

Thanks.

I've tried both. When I use the form, they send me a copy of the e-mail, and it comes back as the same address my purchase confirmation e-mail came from.

I sent him an e-mail through ebay and got no reply today. Maybe I'm just being impatient and it wouldn't be all that odd to not hear from someone on Saturday/over the weekend. If I don't receive a response from him on Monday or Tuesday I'm going to go to the card company I used to purchase the incubator with and see if there's any way I can just get my money back. :shrug01:

I'm more disappointed than angry, everything I've seen about ReptiPro was positive so I didn't think I'd have an issue.
