Does anyone have a way to actually COMMUNICATE with these people? Temps have dropped drastically overnight and unexpectedly, and I've attempted to ask them what there plan is for shipping as it is now too cold even to ship to the FedEx Hub and I don't know what there plan is. I emailed them, replied to the email confirming my purchase, and have left three voice mail messages. No reply. I just want the snake safe. Im not a 10 year old wanting my toy lol Reptmart can refuse to sell in this weather and I would applaud them whole heartedly, but, I cant even get a word back from them lol PLEASE help. I have proof of purchase and sent emails if needed. Thanks guys
