In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have decided to get out of Retics and am offering up my 1.1 pair of dwarves and my striped tiger male.
Here they are:
1.0 CBB Male Dwarf
Excellent temperament, will make a great breeder or pet. Born Jan 2001 and is only 7' long. Excellent feeder.

She is about 6rys old. Fattened for this years breeding season. In shed when pic was taken but is a normal looking Jamp.

Please message me or email directly at [email protected] if interested in one or all of these babies.
Thank you.

A couple of questions if you would.

How are you sure the male in the first picture is a genetic dwarf? I thought only the jampeas were. I didn't know there was another line of them out there.

The little guy in the third pic. What does he eat? Has he ever regurged?

thanks

About all I can offer up on the CBB male dwarf is he's been looked over by big name breeders and they've stated that given his body structure and marking that he's a dwarf of around Bali/ surrounding locality. He was sold to me as a dwarf Bali. The only way to truly porve any snakes genetics is to breed them out.

The tiger is eating medium rats. He's never regurged.

who might these big name breeders be. I like that snake, he's gorgeous, but he doesn't look like any dwarf I've seen, Bali origins notwithstanding.

thanks

Bali "Dwarfs"?

Herpafauna in Bali Indonesia were the first to produce Bali "dwarf" retics. I believe back in 2000. In the Retic world the Bali's are not considered a true dwarf like a Jamp or Kayuadi but yet they are as they are one of the smaller speicies of Retics. When they first popped on the scene there was much debate as to if they were a true dwarf or not but in the end were considered in between Jampeas and "normal" Retics. Not a dwarf but sure as hell not normal. The largest female Bali recorded was at 16' but on average females are 10-12' and males 7-9'. They are a rare snake which is why you probably have not heard to much about them or not at all. He is 100% Bali Retic.

Jay Brewer at Prehistoric Pets saw him, handled him and even sexed him for me.
I also sent about 12 pictures to Bob Clark to help with this question and he said the same as Jay.
Sean DeBord said the same thing.
Seeing as how I sent all this stuff out in 2004 I dont expect them to remember lil old me and my dilemma with this snake. I stand by what he was sold to me as (Bali Dwarf Yellow Head) and what others say.
Thanks
