Roughly 3 weeks ago, I purchased a baby San Louis Potosi at a reptile show. Although the snake looked fine at the time, he is now in poor health; he has not taken a single newborn-pinkie, live or frozen. He is now looking bad with his backbone starting to show.
I spoke to the breeder via telephone about this, and they instantly offered to either refund my money or replace the animal with another (I would rather have a replacement snake).....either way they would reimburse my shipping charges.
Here is the problem, I have NEVER shipped a live animal before.
Can anyone with experience in shipping snakes offer advice so I may ship this animal back to the breeder for the exchange they offered me?
FYI~ The snake is approximately 11" long.
Thank you in advance for your help/advice.
