In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Rhonda Alsa aka red.dragon.frog Terrible person Never do buisness with this person

I do know if you print your own label at home rather than at the station the shipper is responsible for any discrepancies found after its dropped off and re-weighed where ever they do that while in transit.
Syr actually has a waver you have to acknowledge saying they can charge you in such cases. That said, it shouldnt be THAT hard for the shipper to call USPS and get an official weight on her package, they should have that information. She needs to call an official number and not just a the front desk of some office though.

I do print at home. My Fedex account does not get charged for the label I print at home until I get it to a location and it has been weighed by Fedex themselves.

Is it the same with a USPS account? (Rhonda does keep saying she has one)

I'm not saying they CANT charge you if something is wrong later

I'm just saying it isn't common practice, and I have always been under the impression they weigh everything before they charge ANY credit card. So

I will post photos of both and the male has pores 2 obvious lumps.
Consumer affairs was open M-F from 8-5 I spoke to Ida there.
The 800 number was called first and I do not know when or if they close. I spoke to Barbra there.

IT is not 1.1 that is a false statement. there are no pores on ither of those fat tails or lumps behind the vent other than one single lump thanks for that misleading info again. Second im willing to pay for shipping send them back please i dont mind. also i DID open that box there end of story. and i cant imagine you have spoken to any one there in the past 54 mins due to they close at 5 on the dot no matter what. Look you have yet to prove that this package weight was more than a pound i feel your absolutely Lying about this. Also im gonna go ahead and call this moment for a claim thanks.

We ship a lot USPS and they will back charge you if the weight is wrong but when we take boxes in our postmaster weighs them and gives us a receipt so we know if we are going to be charged more.

So Rhonda your stating that you spoke to a representative regarding this issue thru a 1-800 number, how would they possibly know wether or not a customer opened a package inside one of the locations? This sounds like classic mis-direction.

I had a Click and Ship label and the lady just took if from me and apologized for the guy not picking it up at the specified address. She did not print me anything extra. I have 2 numbers on it. A scan and the label number. I gave her the scan label when I handed her the package.

My local consumer affairs is 8am-430pm. just got off the phone with customer service and indeed the click and ship you put all the info in and send it off if there is a difference in weight when the parcel is in the building they do indeed weigh it in and if theres a difference they catch it immediately and make immediate changes the womans name was Miranda and the consumer affairs here in tampa number is 813-354-6200, there is insurance on this package that weighs 1lb. Also was told to save all packaging that is involved with this case. to me it seems like she knew what she was doing bought insurance on the empty box and shipped it out and is leaving it to me to make a claim.

I spoke to Penny at the Northside location that Jeromy Dana gave everyone on this thread saying she saw him open it. She directly told me he did not open it in the USPS. Then Ida at Consumer Affairs called Penny at Northside and Penny told Ida that he did not open it in the USPS.
The lady at the 800 number Barbra did not contact Northside.

Rhonda ill ship this empty box back to you sure and it wont cost me 20 dollars. also id have to wait till i make this claim cause i am absolutely gonna find out if this box weight was any heavier that was you are cleared and im cleared of all this.

Rhonda is me not being seen opening the package your only argument at this point, cause i indeed did open it there, and that lady penny has been working there a long time, i opened the box on the counter and left. That did happen no matter what you said. im over this ive already come to the conclusion on what im going to do and that wont happen till monday.

You can pay for a shipping label through USPS online. It is called Click and Ship. You can have USPS come to an address to pick up the shipment. You can leave it at the door and not even see the delivery person. If there are other charges they bill you on your online account.

So that charge backs or mis-charges don't happen in the first place***

I've never dealt with pre-printed labels, but I've noticed that even when dealing with Flat Rate Priority boxes, where weight is irrelevant, they've ALWAYS put it on the scale right away for their own labeling purposes. Seems kinda far-fetched, to me, that it would even make it on to the truck without having the proper weight noted on the label.

She said you did not. I know you are not being truthful. I sent out the monsoon and you lie about her seeing you open it. You lie about it saying it is not in the box. Its not what I said Penny the girl you said saw you open it said you did not! You are a lie and fraud.

FedEx works the EXACT same way

What I am saying is...FedEx does not CHARGE you right away, especially when you have a card on file with them.

they wait till they have your package, weigh it, and THEN charge you based on THEIR weighing of the package.

If they went by everyone's actual guesses when they charged people's online accounts, they would be doing TONS of charge backs or re-charges DAILY.

That seems counter productive for any company....

You are the only person doing any kinda fraud i promise that. you can say what ever you want but i will be talking to consumer affairs and im sure when i open a case on monday morning they will do every bit of research needed and being the fact i have pictures and all these emails and messages i will be prepared in every way the statement of she didnt see me open the box is a he said she said between you and me and is in void. ither way if she did or didnt see me open it YOUR box is labeled 1lb NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY YOUR WRONG IN THAT MANNER. i have not lied at all not once. Ill be doing a claim on monday and im sure they will see what it weighted in at when it was dropped off and that will be the end of all this.

I thought they would weigh it also when I had to drop it off. That is why I took personal time to go rather than have my son go. -I could pay the difference.- When I dropped it off she did not weigh it and did not give me anything. I asked her if that was all I needed to do and she said yes.

When did you get charged for the label??

Directly after you printed it? Or after you dropped it off?
