    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What you could do is claim that you felt he was going to rip you off so you sent an empty box. Then once you were able to confirm you received the geckos you will make good and ship the product. you would still be dirt but save a little face and make good on your fraud. You stole from him period. Posting pics of the geckos just proves you got 2 geckos as agreed. If sexing is wrong ship them back and you will still have the other monsoon that you never shipped and he will have his geckos back. If your budget dictates this kind of behavior perhaps you should not be caring for living animals. Where will you be stealing the food to care for your new pets ? Also, why would you put these 2 geckos in the same enclosure as one that is not eating and had a cage mate die ?
 
you know that was the first thing that came to mind was maybe it was just a test to see if she was really going to get the geckos but then again she said right away she sent it and was very solid that it was sent and now that she has said both geckos have been received in good order just not sexed correctly
 
I am an honest person. I sent the monsoon. I have been upfront and honest through this entire thread. Most people I know place insurance on express items in case they are damaged or lost. It is the smart thing to do when you are sending a 100$ item. JeromyD has lied already in this thread and I regret doing business with him. He received a monsoon and it trying to get more out of the trade now. I find it sickening that you are doing this. You an I both know you got the monsoon and I hope you do not try and pull this with someone else. Anyone can take items out of a box and take a photo of an empty box. It will catch up to you!
 
look there is a huge problem with your shipping method being the fact it only weighed 1lb come on you know better your an adult there's a difference between one pound and 5 i didnt take anything out of the box i opened a empty box. i want the monsoon nothing more goodness

Rhonda I do agree anyone can take an item from a box and take a picture

Most shipping labels would have had the correct weight, to accommodate for someone trying to pass off an empty box.

You have every right to contact USPS and get the information about your box....they have to have a logged weight for it. The best and most likely ONLY way to prove there was anything in that box, is for USPS to have logged it weighing more then 1lb.

Rhonda, you say you never opened the box when you received it from Amazon. If that's so, how can you be absolutely certain there ever WAS a monsoon in that box? Did you weigh it/ feel the weight?

Hey sorry been asleep being that i work at 2:30am running a wholesale seafood company and in all honesty yes that is me. Now you being so nosy would have found out that ive not been convicted of that charge and its still pending did you have a point with that post you do understand what that charge is right? they over paid me by $200 in which has already been paid back and that charge is being dropped if your going to go ahead and post something like that maybe you should know what your talking about. thanks.
 
Also what the hell does any of my priors have to do with this instance my other priors are from 06. Also the unemployment charge was not even my fault and that would be while im not convicted. Good job on another misleading comment.

The charge is for FRAUD. They overpaid u? LOL. I do not buy that. You might be able to get the charges off your record by paying them back or pleading down but that doesn't make you innocent. So what about the other mug shot from a few years ago? What did u get arrested for? :rofl:
 
Also id like to add i dont care to scam anyone and at this point im gonna see what happens monday after i talk to customer affairs in tampa, im starting a claim and also already have a monsoon at pinellas county reptiles. SHOWME for real do a little reading on the case if your just gonna do research to me that was not even worth the time of posting being the fact im not convicted ive never even wrote a bad check in my life and the state of florida over payed me 200 dollars and all of a sudden that changes the whole thing if you would like some other info so you can look it up the judge is Timothy Peters, the lawyer i have on my case would be Curt Murtha. Pinellas county clerk website should give you any info you need. the yover payment happened 7 years ago and i just found out about it in january. So ya thats me good job useing google search bar !

Look its called unemployment Compensation Fraud . that is the charge. That i have not been convicted of and there is no plea. by the way its a 3rd degree FELONY pleading doesnt get you that far with a charge like that from what i have been told by my lawyer you know not a public defender a actual defense lawyer there will be no conviction nor will there be probation and ive NEVER served jail time and the other mug shot if you must know 1-Batter 2-Violation of pretrail release 3-Tag not attached not assigned your not "buying that" cause you dont know. i assure you if you had any sense you would look up how many people this has happened to. unemployment fraud is just filling out the paper wrong in many cases and there are many cases that have been dismissed as mine. KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT.
 
Well im gonna go back to bed i guess ill jsut read some more of your unnecessary banter when i wake, but before you just go posting things you know nothing about SHOWME do some reading on how that charge even comes up and see some of the crazy amounts people have been over paid your gonna be very surprised and its not just in Florida , there is no scam i was sent a empty box or some where along the lines some one opened adn resealed the box ither way it will be worked out starting monday. thanks.
 
I have nothing to hide any questions will be answered. ya i have a past which is not that terrible compared to the rest of the junkies and shit out there. its not like i was sitting at home claiming unemployment cause i wanted to promise you that they sent me one check for one week i started working so thats an overpayment i thought they were a week behind and i cashed big deal its payed back.

Filled out the paper work wrong? Nice. That does make me believe you have hired your own lawyer and not settled for a public defender.:rofl: Hey I have no idea if she scammed u or if u scammed her... but the charges against you does not paint you in a positive light.

It may be in your best interests to just step away from this for now and NOT continue to return fire when mud is flung your way. IF your empty box claim is true, it should be a fairly easy matter for it to be proven. If/when the package isn't shown to have weighed more than one (1) pound at any time before it reached you, it's going to be pretty hard for Rhonda to explain away. Until then, you might wanna do yourself a favor and let it rest. You're not improving your case in the court of public opinion right now.
