    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

First and foremost I would like to thank Fuanaclassifieds for this great thread and also it's members. I would also like to say that I did a lot of extensive research into this breeder before I made a purchase.

I paid in full a dragon from Rial Dragons about 3 weeks ago May 7, 2015 and was told to contact another for shipping. Also paid in full with the shipper scheduled to not be until June 16 2015 due to international cost savings I believe, I was in for a months worth of wait. This was ok. It gave me time to get the new setup up.

I asked for pictures during this wait time and no response from him even though he told me he will do it tomorrow. No picture? No big deal I tell myself. Come May 27 2015 he post a picture on facebook of the dragon asking about how weird the coloring on the dragon is. Everyone in the comments says that it's a parodox, well known breeders and high quality breeders also commented. Then I get a private message from Rial Dragons that the dragon(Nr D16) that I officially bought is not doing well and hes going to refund me.

Just like that he gave me 1 ultimatum and offered me a refund. I told him that I've already paid in full and the shipping cost in full, why would I want a refund? All he could tell me is that the dragon is unhealthy and hes going to refund me. All I know is that I saw a picture of the dragon on his facebook and it turns out that the dragon turned out to be a paradox.

So to cut it short... He sold this dragon (nr D16) and I bought and paid for in full with shipping through another party on May 7, 2015 and this dragon won't be delivered until June 16, 2015. On May 27, 2015 he posted a picture of the dragon and everyone commented that it's a parodox than tells me that the dragon is unhealthy and denies that it's the same dragon. Refunds me and Boom.. kicks me off his facebook also I have no more contact with this person.

I have a few pictures of the dragon and the pictures he posted on facebook as he posted a few and never ever sent me any pictures that I asked for. Just a experience I had with Rial Dragons and I know he is king when it comes to dragons and I have a lot of respect for him but seriously... Claiming that the dragon is unhealthy then refunding me back my money(just for the dragon) wasn't the way to do business, especially after I waited weeks for it and it turned out to be a parodox dragon. Just my experience and I defiantly would never go through the same headache ever again.
 
Would post any evidence you have backing up your story. Emails, texts, any screen captures of what happened on Facebook.

Will say that I find it unsettling that you paid for a dragon through one person but shipping costs and working out the shipping was with someone else entirely. Did the first person you paid explain this to you ahead of time?
 
This was the original Dragon purchased nr D16 on May 7 2015.

Not the same dragon? I found many pictures on his facebook on the dragon that I never asked but found randomly. These were the pictures that I found on his facebook of the dragon. The dragon is easily found with it's unique stripe on the tail. Even in a group photo I found him.

He made this post yesterday (5/27/2015) on his facebook (I can't look anymore but took a screenshot) because he kicked me off. Also claims that this is NOT the same dragon. C'mon.. The patterns don't lie. Also Turned out to be a perodox.

The ending conversation with Rial Dragons. Which he started the claim that the dragon is Unhealthy. If it was so unhealthy then why post about it being a "strange color dunner" on his facebook? Turned out to be a perodox dragon that I picked and I guess was never really meant to have it. Pay for it now and if it looks good in a few days I will refund your money. Also contact another party for shipping cause I only deal with dragons. He never offered me another choice, just straight up refund.

Either the dragon was unhealthy (which is a move to rescue the breeder from letting the dragon go) or the breeder really wanted to keep the dragon. I don't know, but all I know is that I paid the dragon in full not knowing what I was getting and apparently he didn't either. Come a few weeks and he changed his mind. I'm sure he is a great guy to some buy if so why does he do this to people like me? Seriously, they know I'm a first time buyer and I don't have any experience maybe thats why he can bully me and everyone will choose his side. I actually patiently waited for this dragon and got a new sweet setup. But I guess it wasn't ever meant to happen. He refunded me but not the amount I offically paid. I paid 500euro and he only refunded 480 due to my mistake with paypal when I sent the money I didn't calculate the tax right (so my fault). Sorry for my rant and my wall of text but if this ever happens to anyone, I'm very sorry.

Anyways.... Another look at the parodox and please let me know if it's the same dragon. Also if this is the same dragon in the pictures please let me know as he claims that it isn't since he posted the new pictures on 5/27/2015 on his facebook. Tail patterns don't lie.
 
For got to add photos on top post^. Notice how this dragon has the same exact patterns as nr D16? Also everyone is having so much fun discussing that this dragon is a parodox. Where is it unhealthy????

Also if buying a dragon is this hard then please go to your nearest petsmart and petco and help purchase dragons/animals from them. This is ridiculous what anyone had to go through and these breeders are such snobs. Why do you guys think some people don't want to do business with you guys? Anyone catch this guys attitude at the end? Big guy on high horse looking down at me.
 
To the community and all members I thank you guys dearly. I been waiting for a long time and forked up a lot of cash for this. Made a very big decision for myself and took a lot of time. I'm very sorry that my frustrations has become your entertainment but there is literally nothing else I can do but move forward. Kind of like when your almost at the touch down and you trip and fall at the 5, never easy to swallow.
 
Leng have you notified Rial of this thread? I think I understand what you are trying to say, that you were disappointed when the transaction was not completed and you were refunded because Rial decided to keep the critter. If he just changed his mind because of the quality of the animal, you have every right to be upset.
But what if the dragon was in fact ill?

Purchasing a quality dragon from an established, reputable breeder in the US is not that difficult. One does not have to go to a big-box distributor. It would seem this Rial Dragons is not in the US, since they required Euro funds.

A beautiful dragon for sure, and I'm not entertained that you did not get the animal you paid big, big money for. I'm sincerely sorry your time and hard-earned money were a waste in the end and you did not get the animal you so wanted. However, there were warning signs (having to pay a separate party for shipping) and the mere fact that it would appear they are not in the US.

Fakebook seems to be more and more a venue for scams, thieves, failed transactions and newbs who want to be "breeders", IMWO.

I asked for proof in my text but he never showed me anything. A video? A picture at the least? Saying that the dragon is unhealthy the day he post it about being a parodox doesn't cut it for me. I got the refund but am short so I will have to figure this out with my bank. When I bought the dragon he was so adamant that I get the funds correctly because I forgot to include the tax that I had to make 2 seperate transactions to pay the tax. I mean I went through a lot to reserve this dragon way ahead of time and got disappointed hard at the end because the dragon became so-called unhealthy on the same day it happened to turn into a parodox. Not my fault or my lost I think. I paid in full way ahead of time and if it was ill sure. But why not send me something else then? Your a big breeder with a big name, I'm sure he could of offered a alternative but all he got to was that he was going to refund me and that was that. Yet the refund he sent was still short because of the euro to dollar currency now.
 
In regards to shipping, it sounds as if it's coming from Hamm. I've been bringing animals in from Hamm for about 5 years now. I never pay the seller for shipping. Most of the breeders over there are like the normal breeders here. We can't export or import on the regular. So we use brokers. They charge xx per head as it's at least 700 in expenses when all is said and done. The individual who I use (not sure if I need to put his name as he has no affiliation with this transaction) charges me per animal, then shipping to me. Just wanted to let it be known that paying another individual for shipping out of Europe is a common practice with Hamm shipments.

Lol you are so right on. This is the scare that I didn't want to witness. Yet I'll have to deal with it first hand and maybe come out as a lost too. But yeah I'm positively sure that not all breeders are like this. I mean Rial dragons is amazing at what they do. They are if not one of the top breeders in Europe and you can see why. But the way this transaction went just went really bad when I asked him for photos and he never said no but never sent any either. I guess now we know why.

In all honesty I felt that this was already a done-deal and all I had to do was wait patiently and not screw it up by annoying the breeder. "He ain't got no time for dis". But it turns out he played me hard and used the "It's unhealthy card on me" yet still could had gave me a alternative dragon or since I paid him fully 3 weeks before, he can trust that I'm a legit buyer and not some con-artist. Sure got stomp, treated unfairly, and threw my name out there too. Not just you Rial Dragons.

Yes I believe it will be coming through Hamm and this is why I wouldn't had gotten my dragon until June 16/June 18, 2015. The shipper was excellent and I knew that I would have to contact another party for shipping cost. But having to do 2 separate payments too as a first timer was very scary. Yet this shipper helped me through like a champ and I would go through him again if I ever purchase internationally again.
