    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I HAD 2 DIFFERENT SHIPMENTS COME FROM RICH THEY WENT OUT THE DAY THEY WERE ORDERED I CALLED HIM TO CHECK ON 1 OF THE ORDERS HE DID NOT ANWSER BUT HE DID RETURN MY CALL WITH IN THE HOUR... I WILL BE SURE TO DO MORE BUSINESS WITH HIM
 
I have had nothing but good transactions from Rich. I purchased a Ranco thermostat almost 2 weeks ago. Last weekend, it stopped working properly. It said the temperature was almost 200 degrees in the cage!! However, my temp gun informed me the cage temp was 77. I called Rich up on Monday to ask him what to do and I received a replacement on Tuesday. Can't beat that!!!

Rich is a good guy. I buy plenty of stuff from him. He makes some pretty nice 4 ft cages too. :thumbsup:

Wow! I had another great shipment from Reptile Basics today.

I ordered 2 thermostats on Tuesday and received them today (Thursday) before noon. That was less than 44 hours.

Nice packaging, nice products, great service! I will buy again!
 
I have purchased flexwatt tape and other supplies from Reptile Basics.. He'll even assemble things for you! What a great place to buy. A++++!
 
Rich can't be beat for customer service and excellent shipping. I've made more ordeers from him than I can remember, and all were flawless. His rack systems are the best IMO.
 
Ordered a 4x2 cage from Reptile Basics on Feb. 14th.
On the website it says to allow at least 10 days before the cage will be shipped. Well my cage arrived today only 6 days after ordering and I couldn't
be happier with the product. I will definitely be ordering more caging from Reptile Basics in the future.

Emailed Rich for info on a radiant heat panel on Tues , had an answer back within 2 hours, and the heat panel in my hands by the following Friday. Excellent person and company to deal with, will definitely do business with him again and again!:thumbsup:
 
Rich is a great guy and his service is awsome. I just got my new 4 ft and base with helix. It's fantastic. It did have a small crack but I watch the yahoo getting it off the truck and grabbed it prior to it striking my driveway. Rich posted an immediate response to my concerned email. I've chosen to do a repair on the cage because it's a small crack and I feel it is repairable. Rich was always helpful and professional and he will get my future business without a doubt!!
 
I have several of his racks as well, they work great. I also just purchased his new show acrylics and I love them. They are GREAT LOOKING. They are also put together very well. I couldnt beat the price for the great quality. Thanks Rich and see you in SC.
