This is beyond angering, what action can anyone recommend to me at this point? How do I go to resolve wherever this complaints or disputes are.

I would strongly suggest following Lucille's advice from a few pages back about how to (re)gain control of your business name.

Yes I do have a copy of Mr. Leverock's ID. It will not be posted. There was never any question that there were two people involved, and the names were linked through the business name.

I’m not sure what to tell you, I do know not once have I ever threatened that man. He has no case against me nor Cristin so he can come here and prove himself against us. However you can tell him I have a copy of this said email he has. And paypal has it also. It is fake! They never sent him nothing. They can give me that info because I’m the other party. I called both my bank and paypal and emailed the email he claims to have gotten. He’s lying about that also. Everything on his page he said is a lie! Now we attacked his dead wife in England? Really? I’m in Chicago!!!!!!!

I have the information I need to move forward, I appreciate whoever first tagged me in this. I wanted to preserve my name when I first came but now I wish to see what kind of resolution everyone gets as man people were hurt by this man I think he has some mental issues as he thinks everyone is against him when he is in the wrong he even said that he used my name because he thought “I would get some exposure” or something along those lines as you can see in the messages.

That screenshot also helps prove what I’m saying is true. I said we were talking about me getting the albino almost if not a little over 2 weeks before I even made the 1st payment.

How do I update that I have a home in Valdosta as well and thats where the snakes were they are now in Florida. Our feeders insects are there but our snakes operate out of Florida.

On a computer, if you go to User CP on the top bar while logged in, then Edit Your Details, you should see a section that asks what city and state you are in. You can then edit and change it.

I figured it was just a case of "I moved and I don't use Fauna that often" so that's why I suggested updating it.

I suggest you look over this site when you have time. It looks overwhelming at first but it is not really once you read up a little. This is not the same thing as the dissolution actions previously mentioned. I strongly suggest both.
Dissolution actions will help you protect yourself, and protect consumers as well, from seeing the relationship between you and Anthony as a partnership just in case the other party tries in the future to use the shared logo and etc. to make people believe there is a partnership connection between them and your company.
The following link is protection for your business going forward, to protect your trademark, which protects and promotes your reputation.
It is a little bit of effort and money to achieve the protection; also once you have it you must defend it and send notice to others who use your name or you will lose it.

As far as someone 'almost' using your name, the test for a trademark is not that it is a letter perfect copy, but that the other business can be confused with yours by a consumer. For instance, no one can market a soda product named Coca Colla without getting into a heap of (expensive) trouble very quickly.

If so I can see why Leverock won't come here to discuss the 'issues' of his 'open court cases'.
Reading some of his past threads, Calebroad is a master of legal allegations and talks with court personnel that could not, in my opinion be true. Similarly, there are allegations that Leverock has put up faux websites, etc. to battle those he disagrees with.
What may be happening is that two masters of fantasy are staging an entertaining but fake internet battle. They will not come here, in my opinion, because BOI readers request proof and are not easily fooled by unsupported allegation.
I'm sure is will be an epic battle out there, I suspect it might fizzle, here.

There is no fake battle hear, rest assured I have been tormeted for months by Anthony's slander and threats on my nursing license. He fraudulently put a credit card in my name to pay for a website to look like my online nursing resume, but all it did was degrade my patient. He made pay pal links asking for donations on the site also. I saw a death threat sent to me by one of his friends that was supposedly a message I sent him. I never threatened anyone and I have the whole convos to prove it. At one point I was so scared and fed up with all this crap that I asked another party for help and that is when Chris stepped in to stuck up for me and try to get Anthony to leave me alone. He can not come here to talk because as a result Anthony is pressing some bs charges on him with fake evidence. However Mr Leverock does not have and cases open against Candi or I so there is no reason he can't come here to defend himself. He can talk a whole lot of crap about me when I can't defend myself but he will not come around when I can.

Post some proof of this please, letters to/from your bank, that kind of thing. That sort of credit card fraud it serious, I'm sure you must have plenty of proof as you and the bank exchanged info.

On a more serious note, I am really sorry that Christin and Candi had to go through this ordeal in a hobby that is supposed to be enjoyable and refreshing.

I have a feeling that I have seen this individual somewhere at some show in Florida but it truly does escape me right now.

No the bank and I did not exchange info. I found out about the cradit card while shutting down the webpage he made about me. When I asked how it was paid for I was given the last 4 digits to a vida credit card in my name with an email address closely related to mine. It was not any credit card I own. Without the name of the financial institution visa can not look into it. I did a credit report on myself and it was not on there so I believe it was a disposable/reloadable card.

How was this credit card tied to Leverock? Did you contact whoever hosted the web page?
