    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

This guy is a nut-case, i guess i am lucky that i got all my boxies, i guess i should be more careful next time i decide to send someone well over a thousand dollars for turtles lol, but at the time, i was confidant, up until that tuesday until all the excuses came about shipping

I do online business with a store, I believe you can dispute with paypal. File a dispute and do as much as you can with Paypal. What a jerk. Do you have his address? It sounds like he took the time to actually send excuses at first, I bet he probably spent the money and then realized they didn't have enough money to ship. Very sorry that happened to you, it is nice to post stuff like that to warn other people.

Did you have PayPal set up to make the payment through your bank account? (Hopefully not, not a whole lot you can do in that case.) If you have it set up using your credit card as the payment source, even if the PayPal dispute period is over, DEFINITELY call your credit card company and dispute the charge (you didn't receive the goods you paid for). They will reverse the charge from PayPal and PayPal will be forced to investigate, even though their dispute period is up.

Sorry that you got screwed on this so far. I hope he DOES ship out your snake. I have never in my life, ever heard of so many excuses. He must have a cloud of bad luck over his head or something.... :ack2: lol
 
I got lucky. I had bought a Female Red Tail from him and he gave me the exact same excuses. EXACTLY the same and everyone of them. After about a month he gave me my money back but it was rediculous. After all that he said he couldn't ship because he wouldn't be making any money off the snake. I bought the snake for 85shipped (a steal I know but he was saying he really needed to get rid of her, he didn't have the room) He said there was only one place for him to ship and it was gonna cost like 60.00. I have never heard of DHL charging 60.00 for like a 2lb box??? I am sorry that you got screwed. If there is anything I can do to help let me know. In my opinion this guy needs to be banned from the business. :censored: Thanks. SSR.

Forgot to mention that I am reporting him for internet fraud to The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) Maybe that will get his attention!

After a couple of surprise trips to the operation room and a little physical therapy, I'm doing ok spending about 70% of my day in a wheel chair and 30% with only a cane.

I'm really sorry about all of this Jenea, it really makes me sick to read all of that. I haven't had a problem with him making payments to me but now I see that it was partially your money he was paying with. :( :angry:

My question is this....how can a person so disabled and in the hospital so much afford and/or even have the time to properly care for his animals? :shrug01: It just sounds like a disaster waiting to happen......for the animals. :(


If his many excuses are true, then I really feel sorry for the guy. If he can afford to purchase other animals, why can't he refund my money or ship my snake?? :rolleyes:
 
i feel like i should do a little "undercover" work....I live in Florida right now, and i have family in Arkansas....right next to White County...i'll be in the area for Thanksgiving next week...Maybe i'll swing by his place and say Hi...did you ever get an address? for those who have done business in the past, did you get a "from" address?
