If the people here did not read the thread I was involved in with Rick I will post about the threats Rick made to me and my brother.

We made a thread on my site about the issue we had about Rick and some animals he sold to my company.

he then went on to email my brother threats. like

1) I will make a site that looks like yours (TRR Boatalk and Pro Herps) I will pay money to get them to the top of the search engines and bash your sites.

2) then he said he was going to tell his friend Dan about us so he could deal with it.

Rick did threated me and my brother in I believe it was three emails.

The reason being was. I bought 3 Green Tree pythons and 2 Brazilian Rainbows off Rick and Donna. Rick said that the Green Trees were eating unscented Pickies. I got them and soold them on his word. I should have never sold them on his word that was my fault. but two of them never ate. I had to replace the two I sold. One ate great. I replaced one of the GTP that did not eat with that one and I went out and bought a 6 month old GTP for my other cutomers. The two baby GTP died.

I did not receive any refunds. But after the threats I did not care to deal with Rick anylonger.

I will go get the emails right now.

4-5 friends about our chat. I said it in private which usually means

I am just posting the facts as you can see. It is in the other thread also. So we buy animals promised that were eating. At the time of the thread we knew one did nto eat for the customer. It was sold the day it came in he picked it up. The other was sold at a show and that customer came to me the next show and I replaced it for him. No if's ands or buts. I lost only 360 bucks for the two animals that died. Not a big deal. But the threats he made were BS.

So I see this other poster here posting threats as just being another thing Rick wwould do. Yeah.... He is blaming the UK people for threats when he has done the same thing ON US SOIL! lmao.

This can all be seen on the other thread. but I thought with all the BS posted on this thread I would go ahead and post the emails here for all to see also.

Also banning an IP range will ban a lot of people from your site.

Two names can be on from the same IP at anytime. My brother and I share an IP. There are two PCs we use in the same house. Rich knows this also. Aslo another trick I am sure you know is using two browsers. Like IE and Firefox. this will allow you to log in two accounts at one time.

All basic 101 stuff.

gary my ip should not of changed on this thread at all, I havent posted with another name or another ip on this thread, my ip is the same on chat as it should be here on this thread!!

ive never sold an animal only in the UK of my personal collection, I dont even know who Ricks supplier is, the only person ive met was when he purchased the GTPs and I dont even know the guys name he got them from, only person i have met and talked to is rainbowbreeder aka mike who sold rick the brbs you had, thats it....

Not saying you are. But when you post something like that. I know some will use it to their advantage saying it can not be done. In no way did I mean you were someone you are not.

But I think Rick has posted on this thread. If you know what I mean. He has changed his screen name here before. He changes writting styles a lot. as you can see in my thread and emails then in the other thread that was posted. Rick posts different all the time.

Also to the person saying that this does not hurt Rick's business. That 380 dollars I lost in that deal cost Rick about 10K roughly. Pro Herps would have continued to do business with him. As some can say I buy a lot. The Brazilians he sent were Grade A animals. The GTP looked fine they just did not eat. I have purchased over 40 GTP the past year the only ones I have had issues with were the one from Rick.

I never bashed Rick as he said I did. The threads are still on the net. I posted what happened and asked for advise and opinions. but he turned and threatened me. Him saying he was going to let his friend Dan know about it. I took that has a threat on my well being.

380 bucks to my business was not that big of deal I just cut it off and knew never to deal with him again.

But I seen so much BS on this thread that i had to post the emails to show what he has done in the past. UK herpers and US herpers should work together not rip each other off. There are great Herpers in the UK and all over the world. I am honored to call the few I know friends.

6K is a lot of money. Some of these customers only spent 300 US dollars but who are we to say that it is not a lot. It could be a lot to them. And all they are asking for is the money or the animals. Seems pretty cut and dry.

When a customer has an issue with an aninal I sell I do not even blink before I fix it for them. This hobby does not NEED this BS.

But having the same IP address when one is supposedly located in Wisconsin and the other supposedly in Alaska, well, THAT is real tough to do.

As for passwords being revealed from IP addresses, that is the stuff left at the south end of a north bound bull.
