I just want to make sure I understand the situation correctly.

The complaint (as I understand it) is that Rick has taken a lot funds from several people and not supplied animals. One of those that sent funds came forward and started this thread. Others then came forward and posted that they also have not received animals.

Am I correct so far?

Donna and Rick are partners? Correct? Donna is one Admin on TBE? Is Rick? Does Rick own that domain?

As I understand it, Rick couldn’t ship the animals overseas so he turned to Michael Cole.
For some reason the animals were never sent to Michael. But, Michael has stated on this thread that they have worked it out and he will get the animals next week. Is this correct?
I’m not sure of how long of time has passed between the agreement here and the original agreement.

Thanks, do you know the reasons for why the animals have not been delivered yet? Is Michael handling the transport for all the people that are waiting for their reptiles? Another words, is all the animals owed other people being deleivered to him next week for shipping? Is everyone awaiting animals in the UK or are they in the states as well?

In the particular post it clearly refers for Casey to go on and sue fauna if she thinks that fauna is providing security and or to bail her out of a legitimate arrest on Federal Statutes that you or no one else has the right to view except chosen parties such as Mike Cole, and personal at the Court House in the City Mike verbally has stated during the conversation at this time. Mike will get his opportunity to check not only the evidence, but my Government ID and filing papers. I will be requesting his signature as well as I am obligated to do. Will Fauna be sued ? Maybe you should ask Casey herself after Fauna can not prove to any benefit for her after in bailing her out. I am with Rick as we speak.
