    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not looking to jump into the middle of who's who here, but I'm curious about your above statement Rob. How do you own a Herp society? Is it not a traditional Herp society, which have always been more like a regional club in my experience. Or is yours an actual registered business that is just called a Herp society? Again, I'm not looking to be drawn into a pissing match, it's a sincere question that popped into my head when I read your post.
 
and the only reason i aint posted in a while, is because i have been without power for the entire time i have been gone, why dont u track this ip-12.206.115.150 tell me where it pulls up at, it is off of mediacom cable in southern illinios, i thought u said u would back off for a few days and give the parties involved in the deal time to come to some kind of resolvement, i guess that makes u a liar as well. please let the people involved with this order work and they will let u know if they have not came to some kind of resolve by the middle of the week

Rick has only recieved the threats of legal action due to his complete lack of communication with people who have given him money.

He cant take someones money, never get in touch again (in one case not even be able to supply the animal they paid for) and expect them to be happy about it.
All he had to do was get in touch, try and offer a replacement animal or explain he was broke and offer a refund repayment plan or something, in short just make an effort. He didnt do any of these things, he just ignored them. That solves nothing, it only served to make people run out of patience with him.

Anyways its Christmas and id like to put Rick as far out of my mind as possible right now.

I hope you have a great Christmas Donna, you deserve it.

Seems like you MIGHT be burning bridges Donna. Mark is the only one that SEEMS to be who he says he is.

To be totally honest Mark, it was due to posts you made regarding the woma earlier etc, like what do you expect Rick to do with a snake that cant go, like you was trying to set him up...

ban was out of my control, I did not do it before I get blamed, although i did see snake5007 logon on the ip scanner and banned his arse!! so you can blame me for that,

However I did not remove snake5007 for tbe forums either YET!! let him make a fool of himself there!!

ohh so me inquiring into why the woma which is in your custody is available when you have a verbal contract with the uk party that has yet to be fully resolved is for sale? awesome reason for a ban. and which person banned me since you deny being the said person behind the mask?

Dennis, Nothing got worked out bro. We did not receive any refund. Rick sent threats to John in emails. I came here and posted the facts. Rick started saying he was sorry and thought that was that.

I dropped it becuase I knew we would never see the 300 or so dollars from them. I will continue to take care of my customers 100% and not buying from Rick or getting more animals from him is doing just that. Am I upset about not getting a refund. Not really..... It is over and my customers are happy now. Am I upset about the threats. Yep and if he ever does it again I will take any legal action I can. If there can be any legal action done. LMAO.

I know he rips people off. That is is MO.

I like to think I am respected here. I get emails from members here telling me when my name is brought up. Shoot Wes and I do not agree 100% on things but we both respect each other. I think the reason is that honest people respect honest people.

But just for the record. I told my brother to just drop the whole GTP thing. It was not worth 300 or so bucks to sit here and talk to a wall. Not meaning fauna but meaning Rick.

If I was Rick I would have replaced the GTPs I sent to a customer and had shipping both ways on me. Like I went out and bought my customer a 6 month old GTP to replace the noneater Rick sold to me. It was only right becuase I was in the wrong selling it to him.
