Think I,ll start by thanking Mike Cole, who has helped a lot of us that were involved with this shipment. Mikes role was to do the paperwork, and hes ended up doing SO much more.... Thankyou
Im still not certain we would ever have recieved our money or animals without both Mikes and Faunas intervention....
Im one of the lucky ones (except Id bought a replacement Snow Sand, as Rick did originally say he would refund me, so now Iv 2 males.. LOL) whos animal was collected by Mike.
As you are aware, there are still animals missing, what has happened to them remains a mystery, and I sincerely hope these people get thier refunds.
We could wonder all day as to what happenend to them (if indeed he ever even had them) but think its unlikley we will ever get an answer.
I'd also like to comment on the "threat" accusations levelled at Casey, as well as being untrue, were, I beleive, a smokescreen, to deter from the fact he didnt have ALL the animals required, rather than explain, or indeed contact us (his customers) to discuss the situation, and try to resolve it..... Rick disapeared, and if you did recieve any contact, it was from a different (quite often abusive ) email address. If Rick had contacted us, in the early stages, Im sure a solution could have been worked out.... Isnt that what responsible adults do??
Donna has stated herself, in this thread, there were no threats received.
*Did anyone else notice, the threats changed from phone ones (how I do not know, as he never answered his phone) to email ones, once it was discovered he never answers his phone.*
All the contact information ANY of us had, are exactly what was given to us at the start of the shipment, and what was on his website.
Im extremeley shocked at the unfolding tirade of abuse and frankly sick comments, from the Leverocks, in the latter stages of this thread .. Shocked, but not entirely surprised.
I hope the other parties from the UK manage to recoup thier money.....Maybe they could keep us updated
