    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I know it would be wishful thinking, but maybe just maybe the little moron has learned his lesson and bowed out of the scamming profession. I'm still keeping my eyes peeled.

Also....

If you read Ricky's TOS page, you'll see that he only ships through UPS and the Post Office.....I wonder if he knows shipping through the post office is illegal?
 
Sorry for the repeated posts, but since I can't add to any previous ones, I have to just make a new one......I just called the # Ricky has listed on his website and a young guy picked up....I asked for Ricky Lewis....he said that I had the wrong number....well, I confirmed that I had in fact called the right number and this was the one listed on his website, and he said "uhhh, it must be a typo".....lol......funny huh?

Look why cant you ppl F****** leave my family alone. He has done his time for the stupid <font color=red>[**censored**]</font> he did and im glad. But i jsut helped him get this started and would like to see it go somewhere. But why cant you ppl just leave him alone and let him be. I would under stand how you feel if he had killed someone but all he did was make a few mistakes in which voted by the courts was both parties not jsut him but he still vouched for the mistakes. The only thing was that he's trying to go own with out ppl f****** him over jsut please leave him be. Also please stop spreading rumors that are done and over with.

He his out of trouble and turned over different so plz stop. How can you ppl be a dick after over 1yr. he has done business with over 14 ppl local and 5 over the net and they all are happy. so stop.

Look sir i can tell your full of s*** on that cause his phone is here with me at all times and if you did indeed call him please give me the number to match it on his phone bill tomorrow. SO infact if you didint i shall prove once and for all who the real ass is here.

So I can assume from your above post that he has sent a money order to cover the check he sent my company that bounced?

No sir he hasnt but e-mail me at [email protected] thats my portion of the business address and write how much he owes you and ill get him to send at least half of it by friday. If he does this and pays you will you at least talk to Dustin To please Leave us alone. Please let me know adn when he gets home from work i shall let him know he has something to take care of by friday.

LOL......Wow, what a good cover, Ricky. Thats a real unique name....'John Smith'....do you think we're really that stupid? Ricky is a little screwed up punk who steals from people and screws them over. As far as I'm concerned he still owes me well over $200 for the deal that he screwed me on.

If he went to court then why were none of us notified so that we could testify against him and get restitution? I think he went into hiding until this all blew over. And as far as leaving him be....... HELL NO!!!!!!!!!! When I get screwed over, everyone knows about it. Ricky, you can consider me a <font color=red>[**censored**]</font>ing virus. I may lay dormant, but you will NEVER get rid of me. And I will rear my ugly head when you least expect it. Now on to you Mr. " John Smith, " or whoever the hell you are. Have you ever heard of the first amendment? If not, this is what is says. It says we have the freedom to tell whomever we like about Ricky and what he has done to us. It is not defamation of character, or slander, or liable, cause everything we are telling people is the truth. If you or Ricky don't like the truth, the go crawl back under the rock you came from, cause I here to stay!!!
 
We are still out $250. We bought, what was supposed to be a breeding pair of CB Amazon tree boas, and the female was supposedly gravid. What I got was 2 near dead WC Amazon Boas, and after 2 weeks of trying to save them, they died. So where is my restitution? I will make a deal with you John Smith......, or Ricky Lewis......, or whatever your name is this week. You give me my money back, and I will lose this post. I don't want another animal, cause then I would look as stupid as you, but if you give me a refund I am gone. Otherwise, I will continue to tell everyone I know about you and to stay away.
 
Even if I got my money back, I'd still tell people not to deal with Ricky. He represents everything that is wrong and imorral with this hobby.
 
His auctions on reptibid...

He has a few animals on reptibid as I am sure you all already know. He was offering a "buy it now" and would throw in a pair of breeding corn snakes. I was only interested in the corns so I emailed him to inquire as to the price with shipping. He emailed me back stating I should make him an offer for the corns and that they were available without buying the other animals connected to the auction.

Now mind you I wasnt aware that this topic of him and fraud existed but I decided to do a quick search with his business name. Low and behold here I am.

Phew....good thing I did my homework.

So I read the posts here and then I looked at his email reply and then I visted his website and then I repeated the whole process again. Red flags started popping up and visions of dealing out an ass kicking danced in my head...

1) How in the world could he offer the corn snakes to me when the reptibid auction cannot be cancelled and anyone
who chooses the "buy it now" would be entitled to the pair of free bonus corns.

2) I noticed there is no name on the email reply he sent me. Just a "thanks" at the end and his website link.

3) There is no contact name on his website, even in the "contact us" section. Who the hell would you ask for?

I could keep going on but thats pointless. You can see where all what I posted leads to because you are already there. FRAUD.

I am sorry to hear that some of you guys got taken by this guy. But your posts and this board have just saved me a little over a hundred bucks and the sick feeling of being humped over a barrel.
