    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yeah, someone went through ALL the trouble (and trust me that would be very difficult to do) to intercept your IP address and fake an account here just to post in your defense.

Now all you have done is given everyone a lot of doubt that it is also really your wife posting on your other account. My guess is that this is all just YOU involved. You probably didn't realize that two computers using the same ISP utilizing static IP addresses will still have the same IP address assigned to each post.

I propose that we cross-link this to the "Just for Laughs" forum, with a promotional sticky pointing out the entertainment value of the BOI, to encourage more paid memberships.....

I was just thinking along the same general lines (great minds and all that) that certain threads have almost a 'pay-per-view' presence; it would be neat to have a little button to click and contribute a buck or two just on account of the entertainment value of that particular thread....:D
 
or maybe the red pill was the right choice...or should I just have gone down the rabbit hole?
 
I doubt there's much more to be said on the topic of the thread, but that's not an excuse to let it wander all over the place. (I tied my fingers, and sent my comment to David via PM.)

ok guys im pretty sure Harald already said to cut it out...if your gonna read enough of this topic to feel the need to crack jokes....then im sure you read enough of it to see that Harald said to cut it out

seems both parties in this situation would have been better off dropping the whole deal to begin with...but since 1 snake was paid for...1 was receieved...the only thing left is some useless bickering

Lloyd, it seems you wont be getting your second snake, weather by miscommunication or otherwise...either send back the first snake...or keep the snake and just stew about it silently....becuase weather or not the seller did right or wrong...the situation seems to be done with....and this has become rather pointless (no matter how entertaining)
