SO NOW, CHRISTOPHER ROWAN (OWNER OF PET CRAZY IN SAN DIEGO) IS STUCK WITH THE BILL, SINCE HE PAID DALE OUT OF HIS REGISTER FOR THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION.
DALE NOW HAS CHRIS' MONEY, MATTS' MONEY, DWIGHTS' MONEY FOR SHIPPING, MY $1200, AND I'M SURE THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. AND ALL WE HAVE ARE DEAD OR SICK BOAS. See, Bill?  Aren't you glad I cut that other thread out of here?  Otherwise you would have to post the same message in yet another thread.  Perhaps you now see why I would want to keep the number of threads about a single topic down to the bare minimum.  It's a senseless waste of computer resources that I have to pay for.  It is a problem for people knowing which thread to read next and which one is most current about the issue. It is also a problem for people posting about the topic in hand knowing which thread they should post in, or otherwise post in ALL of them, such as you find yourself having to do right now.

By all rights, I should chop out your duplicate messages, but how much you wanna bet that you'll start crying foul again and assuming I am discriminating against you?

Want to know the truth?  I don't give a rat's patootie either way about whom is right or wrong in this issue.  And unless people get it into their heads that a STRICT quarantine proceedure is going to be an absolute necessity, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Personally, although I do not even have any boids, my collection of corn snakes is virtually a closed collection because there are other bugs out there other than IBD that I would rather avoid.  I can't risk the work I am doing on someone dumping a collection because they got a bad bug and want to cut their losses by selling off their stock. EVERYTHING I get in, which is few and far between these days, goes in quarantine, sometimes for as much as a year.  People whom will buy adults and immediately use them for breeders with their long term animals are bordering on insanity.

So enough of this.  I welcome you to help stop the problem in a responsible manner.  But this needs to happen quickly, starting right now. Lawsuits will not solve the problem, because it needs to point to culpability.  With a long term asymptomatic pathological condition like this, it will be extremely difficult to prove guilt in a court of law.  It is education and common sense, and dealing with people and businesses that will educate their customers and deal with their own business in a common sense manner that will make or break this issue.

But how many would be strong enough when they hear a customer say "Gee, that's exactly the male I am looking for and I  going to throw him right on my female!" to tell the customer that they are being dangerously foolish?  But that's what is going to have to happen.

Well for one thing Bill I resent you putting me in a " FRAT " which I have never claimed to be in, in fact I have tried to reach you several times by phone and all except the first time I got through to you , your line is always busy, so we have been unable to talk.  Never assume anything when it comes to me because you dont know me.  I would like to talk to you in person rather than read some of the insane posts made by both you and Dale, and to tell you the truth I am sorry I ever responded to this thread because I feel I would have been better off to let you and Dale yell at each other.  Maybe we can have a TV show like " The Celebrity Reptile Dealers Death Match " and the loser will be guilty .... hows that ?  This is insane !  I know some of the people who have been responding to this thread but I in no uncertain terms am in any kind of " FRAT " If anything I believe we are all in one frat and that is we all ( you would think ) love reptiles, I also belong to a herpetological society, but thats it, so dont make it out to be that the big mean " FRAT " boys are ganging up on you, because that is not the case.  All we want is the truth and to stop the spread of this disease.  Your goals should be the same.

       I just ticked me off how if anyone posted anything on these endless threads on this subject that even remotely showed Bill Cagle as being a part of this he just assumes everyone is evil and out to get him, instead of trying to deal with what is threatning our herps he is just worried about his reputation and the almighty $$$$$$ .  I guess it never occured to him if he even showed the slightest bit of concern for people and their animals he would look a thousand times better than he does now.  Bill is getting his attorney to try and stop the bad people from saying bad things about him and that is his big worry, his only worry.  Hey Bill how about some compasion and some concern for your fellow herpers and their animals ?  This whole issue makes me very angry and I truly hope that if something like this ever happens to me I will handle it with a lot more class.

I BELIEVE ENOUGH IN MY HEART THAT CAGLE WILLINGLY AND KNOWINGLY SOLD A BOA TO SOMEONE THAT WAS EXPOSED TO A BOA THAT DIED FROM IBD. NOW WHETHER THE SURINAME LEFT MY FACILITY WITH THE VIRUS OR CONTRACTED IT AT CAGLES OR THE SHOW, IT DOESNT MATTER. THIS P[ERSON NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

Pick ONE of the three threads that are about this topic.  I am going to close the other two.  It is ridiculous to have the same message posted in all three (or are there more?) threads about this issue.

Someone whom has been following this and figures they know the BEST thread to leave active, please post it here.  I don't have time to read each one to figure out which is the best one.
