I'm more than happy to, but since she didn't actually take money from me, I don't know if our non-transaction constitutes fraud.

I still don't know if she received my check, or if she shredded it. If she did receive it, and tried to cash it, I don't know if my bank would have notified me or not. I will check into that.

Kathy, I am just finding this now. Are you kidding me??? You never had to cancel your check. I tore it up as promised. NO ONE RIPPED YOU OFF. So why are you making a big deal out of this. I gave you my word the check was tore up and you went ahead anyway and paid $28. And the snake did not have mites. I said it may be mites when we spoke by phone. I saw something in the cage and wasn't sure. We were changing out the old florescent lights and inside there, there were what we now know are moth eggs in the lighting. I was being extra cautious. Please stop acting like a victim and creating hysteria for nothing.

There is a text message, to Kathy, where you state that the snake had mites without recasting that info.
Honestly, if I were Kathy, I would have placed a stop payment, on the check, as well. Especially since she did not have proof that the check had been destroyed by you.

All that said, what gives you the right to keep Robert Seib's $300? Let me rephrase that, what legal right do you have to keep Robert Seib's $300?

Dear Rob, I have done NOTHING wrong. I asked you to be patient. There is nothing about you that is patient. You are an aggressive and inpatient man. And patient you will have to be. Period. And you are NOT being honest to these forums. First, it is not out of the ordinary to not accept paypal. Many do not.. due to problems because sellers are often victim too. Also I have bought many snakes from sellers who only accept checks. For example, Bryan Hummel, who by the way, can vouch for my character. Secondly, you neglected to tell anyone there was a death in my extended family. I flew half way around the world to say goodby to my beloved relative overseas and see and meet with family I have never met. So I have been gone for weeks. Gee do you think that was worth mentioning before you started whining to everyone?!!! Third, you demanded that the animal be mailed it out on a Thursday. You said because you were in CA, the FED EX (Mon through Wed) ship rules do not apply to you!! I have never heard of anyone caring so little for an animal's welfare that they would risk it getting stuck in a box over the weekend. You neglected to tell the forum that about you. And last, I told you, the moss was not replaced while I was out of country; hence the animal did not shed properly. You reacted hysterically and ignorantly and declared that the "snake would be now be blind for life"! This showed me how ignorant/inexperienced you are with reptiles. I talked to both my mentors and decided the prudent thing to do was wait til it had its next successful shed and document it to rest assured your irrational beliefs before shipment. I am losing money keeping this snake and feeding it each week. You cant do anything with it anyway, it is too young to breed. Keeping it is the right thing to do until it is ready. As soon as it is ready to ship, it will arrive. Until then I asked you to stop harassing me. But you wouldn't. I hope you thoroughly enjoy the deceit and propaganda you have stirred up for nothing. Negative people do negative things. Stop pretending you are a victim.

They were brown moth eggs, much bigger than a mite. That was before we discovered what it really was...i will not go over this again. I told her by phone after. Done. Anyway, she has NO reason to gripe. I never did anything wrong. I did not take her money, I did not sell her the snake. So there is NO GRIPE> Period.

Seems that he has been patient if the check was cashed on September 6th, 2016.

I understand relatives dying on the other side of the world (been there too) however it did not impact the business I was conducting like it seems to have yours, it took two weeks for my business to resume to normal and to apologize for the inconvenience I offered free shipping for the delay to my customers.

Customers come first whatever personal dealing you may have it's not the customer's problem (sure it's nice if they are understanding but they are under no obligation to do so), should something arise your customer should still be taken care off in a timely fashion.

Here we are talking about 3 months as of tomorrow since the check was cashed You would think that after 3 months he should have received his snake or a full refund right?

Basically now you are telling a customer that the snake will arrive when it will arrive, so it could be next week, next month, year 2018? Is it really how you conduct business? Don't you think a customer is entitle to know when his animal will arrive and don't you think that the animal should be delivered in a timely fashion to your customer?

You can still do the right thing and send the money back but you can't have both the money and the snake (for still undetermined amount of time) that is not how an honest business is ran. So what will it be?

Also you make various that your customer is being unreasonable can you back that up with a screen shot of your various convos over the last 3 months? I would also encourage Robert to do the same.

Yes, I did have to stop payment on my check, Lisa, because two requests for an answer as to it's whereabouts were ignored by you. Any financially responsible person would have done the same.

And yes, I have a text from you, saying the snake has "5 to 10" mites, from being at an expo. Now, it's moth eggs. Why would a snake have been at a sales expo if it's already sold, anyway?

If you call explaining what happened between us "hysteria", then our definition differs. If you'll notice, I did not start this thread. I merely explained what happened to me when another of your customers posted his complaint. Nothing I have posted is untrue.

How you have responded to me, and to Robert speaks volumes about you.
