    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Does anyone feed their Leo roaches? I was thinking of trying them out on the Leos, and if good, breeding the roaches since they are a lot less noisy and stinky than crickets are.

Thanks!

I do

I feed my leos Orange Head roaches and most love them more than any other food! BTW Pretty sure cody only sell excess adult males

I feed mine lobster roaches and I maintain and sell a colony of them. Trying to get into Blaptica Dubia roaches but they just aren't doing much for me.
Some Leos will love them...others wont. I thought I could get away from crickets but I still have some Leos who really want their crickets! OVerall I do like feeding the roaches!

Roaches are excellent!

I currently breed orange heads, discoid and lobster. My roaches replaced crickets and I haven’t bought any crickets in about a 1½ years. My geckos seem to always nail roaches too. Some though don’t like lobsters but they go for orange heads and visa versa.

I don’t have any lobster roaches available right now. The geckos are eating more than they’re producing if you can believe that. As far as the orange heads I only sell the males as I’m trying to get a really large colony built up.

Here are some care sheets that might help you out:
