    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Road Cruising Eastern NC

Last night after dinner I went road cruising here in eastern nc (Croatan Natl. Forest). It started out slow but as the sun disappeared, the snakes appeared in full force. I was only cruising for 20 minutes, but saw 5 snakes. 3 of what I suspect were water snakes. They were too fast to capture on film, and i wasn't 100% sure they werent cottonmouths, so i let them go. I did however find one dead on the road. :(

I also spotted 2 copperheads on the way out.

where in NC are you located, Im just geting into the field searching and havent found much yet

Im in Greenville, but spend alot of time in columbia nc and washington nc
