    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

first off id just like it stated that i dont make a habbit of starting threads on people. i will answer them if i need to but i dont start them but this guy is off his rocker. rob had purchased some animals from me a few months ago. when he did he called me to talk and asked me the usual questions people ask who are looking to get into the hobby such as how do i breed,how do i house the animals, even how to get a kingsnake account. so i gave him advise. then all of a sudden i see him posting het this and het that and c.b. this and that. so i had a couple people who emailed him ask me advise on him and what he was telling them. he was saying he produced the animals and that he need room to do other projects. come on how many people have seen his ads with all his animals in one aquarium? this guy is a scammer and that has been shown over and over on here on the other threads about him. where i get involved is that he postrd on kingsnakes classifieds section a bad guy post which a t.o.s. but did it anyway saying i would not send him paperwork. well im not going to because he told 2 diferent people which he sold animals too that he got them from me. hmmmmmmm how do you sell the same animal to 2 different people? well im not honoring a money back gaurantee like this so he can make me the fall guy when his crap animals dont pan out. so i just wanted to put my 2 cents in on this subject cause we really dont need any more con artists in this industry.

Ive delt with Chris on a number of occations and have even been to his place. He has great animals and is honest and fair. I have spent a lot of money with Chris and will continue to do so. He treated me like a king when I was down to see him. He is a great guy and stands behind his animals:)

And as far as your statement that you wont give me the paperwork because you don't want to be responsible for the crap that I sell.I do beleive that what I paid for, stated hets with paperwork and what I wish to do with them is my business is it not. And also I have still got three of the animals that you sold me all of which have yet to feed however they appear healthy so im not really too concerned however the genetics are infact in question. All my hets are guaranteed so crap isn't even a justified statement and if my only crime is selling a het as a het at reasonable prices is a crime regardless of who it was produced by I'll take my licks as long as i deal with reputable breeders such as yourself,so I'll be expecting that paperwork on the animals.A Corvette is still a Corvette last I checked or is it not..ROB PENNISI

When you say "my hets," to what, exactly, are you referring? Do you mean "your hets" as in "you own them," or "yours" as in, "you produced them?" Is it true that you just recently purchased animals so as to get into the "business" and are representing animals you did not produce as though you did produce them?

If Robert paid you what you asked for, and the sale price included papers, you really ought to just give him what he paid for. Scamming a scammer is not right anymore than what you suspect Robert of doing. If he really is a scammer, he'll sell those animals with faked papers anyway. You may as well clear up your end of the deal and let others know that you have no interest in those snakes from that moment onward (just like you have done in this thread).
 
DONE NO PROBLEM. since i have pics of them i will send you the paperwork out and state in the paperwork that the gaurantee covers you alone. if you sell the animals then you will need to gaurantee it on your end. and as far as the other animals not eating you were told they were imports and i dont gaurantee imports when it comes to feeding. that is why imports are cheaper cause thats part of the risk and i never represented them as anything else but imports. i just wanted to make that clear for the people that may not have understood it.

Thanks for the paperwork and as far as imports go I never got any imports from you rememeber. I payed you for some adult imported females but you took over a month to ship so I requested a refund.The animals that aren't feeding are the het pieds that you sold me.
 
darin's question for Rob got me curious. Since it has notyet been answered, I checked at KS. I wonder are these sections below from the ads in question? These are the narrative portions of Mr. Pennisi’s ads that I could find over at ks. If these are the ads in question, I don’t see any reference to Mr. Pennisi saying that he produced these snakes. He does state how they were produced, which I think would be the info a potential buyer would find pertinent. Of course I cannot be sure thes are even the snakes in question as the snakes in question were not identified in the initial post, but these are the only ones I found Mr. Pennisi to be selling at ks.

I am not adding my opinion about this, just posting some info.

no those are not the animals in question the animals in question and what has been said by rob was said via email questions about history of some of the animals he was selling but before this goes any further and blown out of porportion or turned into a 500 page nonsence post i will leave this at this and that is i will send the paperwork like i said i would with an attachment stating that i am not standing behind the animals if they are sold by rob to someone else. he will have to stand behind them at that point. my anger was towards rob by posting this crap on kingsnakes classifieds forum instead of here where this kind of bs needs to be so as i say this im also getting out of this whole ball of yarn before the regular fauna crowd decides to make this topic the next big thing like my last threads seem to have done.

Mr. Guida,

Just a note that may be of interest. You can bow out of this now, not wanting a big blown up thread; however don't you think you ought to at least show something to back all the negative claims you made about this other guy. By not doing so you will leave your detractors with ammunition for future threads in which you post wherein they can say you bad mouth people but have nothing to back it up therby implying you are full of it. In fact you would leave this thread leaving many people a lot of ammunition to fire off at you within this particular thread regardless of if you leave it or not. Just because you leave the thread does not mean it will die off.

If you do leave it now though, without giving something to back up your claims, it will not seem as though you have been honest to some who view the thread. I am not saying you did anything wrong here, nor that you are not being truthful, but if you leave this thread without supplying some evidence, it will leave majors doubts in the minds of many a reasonable person reading this thread. Just think of how that would look to you if someone else did it. Any doubts that people have are likely to be voiced in this thread. This is in essence a ball of yarn as you call it, but only beause it has not really been straightened out and woven together into a cohesive and complete story yet. If the Mr. Pennisi was making bogus claims about who bred these snakes why not nail him convincingly now so others will know for certain to avoid him in the future!

Also bear in mind this is also the second time someone seems to be saying that there have been problems getting paperwork from you about the lineage of snakes you have sold them (and no I am not bad mouthing you, just stating a fact that others will also plainly realize if they have seen both threads). I realize the first guy got his paperwork eventually, and that you have promised to send it to the current person - but how do you think this can make you look to others?

Why not put a close to whole this issue by supplying evidence of what went on, with copies of the emails in question, and with a copy of what you say he posted on KS that bad mouthed you thereby showing everyone that your claims were all they were made out to be.

Just something for you to consider if you haven't already.

WELL YOUR ON HERE ENOUGH SO IM SURE YOU HAVE THE ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO SEARCH FOR THE RECENTLY POSTED THREADS ABOUT ROB. THAT IS ALL THE INFO ANYBODY NEEDS TO MAKE UP THERE OWN MINDS AND AS FAR AS WHAT WAS STATED THROUGH EMAILS IM NOT BRINGING THOSE PEOPLE INTO THIS. IF THEY WANT TO GET INTO IT IM SURE THEY WILL. BUT IM NOT A DRAMA KING LIKE ALOT OF PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM THAT IS WHY I SAID IM LEAVING IT AT THAT. AND IF YOU LOOK BACK THE PAPERWORK ISSUE OF BEFORE WAS SETTLED. THIS IS AN ISSUE OF SOMEONE WHO IS A KNOWN NOT HAVE PRODUCED THESE ANIMALS HES SELLING. I don't know either of you, but I will offer something that may help. Chris, if you would post a picture of the individual het on the papers, then the papers would indicate that particular animal; or go ahead and microchip your hets, so there can be no question. I have several het albino boas that I plan on breeding, but if I choose to sell them, I would expect the person I bought them from to make good on their promise to me. If the snake is photographed or microchipped, its like a fingerprint.

I can assure you this won't get blown up because of anything I said or say on the matter, but my guess is it won't go to sleep by itself with statements like that being left unsuppported. Oh well I am out of here.
