Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Rob Penny or Ted Williams?

I am compiling a list of people who did get ripped off by Rob so that I can make a case.

If you have been ripped off by Rob and have some documentation to back it up and want to be added to the list please contact me.

It sure would be nice to have something happen on behalf of all the HONEST snake hobbiests/business people for once!

Or better yet Rob just make good with me and the rest and make it all go away!

Sounds like Rob and Tim Bowles should go bowling together! Stick with it Glenn this guy deserves everything he will get just like Bowles has. Guys like this and a few others have no place in this beloved community of ours!

Most of us are probably here for the love and curiosity of the reptiles we keep and to have guys like these pray upon us is a total crime and is just downright disgusting.

Good luck Glenn and I hope this guy does hard time for what he has done to innocent people!

As for me I am still getting the same old stall tactics as I have been getting for months. As soon as I get any resolution I will strike it as public record and let everyone know the results.

Again Rob it's all up to you to make this right for me and the many others who have e-mailed me regarding bad dealings.

No reply to my emails...

Rob still admittedly owes me several animals. I know he is going through a rough time right now, but getting ignored is like a slap in the face. If Rob is trying to make ammends one person at a time, it would be nice to know what the order is, and a timeframe. My deals with Rob went as horribly wrong as they could go, all I am asking for is my animals back, or cash for the animals of mine that he sold, or replacement animals that we both agree on. This entire situation is getting more and more frustrating, and OLD!

Last year Rob's old partner Ted Williams and I were going to do a breeder loan on some BP's. Well, he gave me Rob's phone #. I just found it, and if it helps anyone out I will give it to them. I don't want to post it, so PM me if you want it.
 
Thanks Greg. I have Rob's # but if you can e-mail me to confirm that would be great. I last heard from Rob on Dec. 3 and he was making another promise to get things taken care of and was assuring me he was not screwing me over. LOL.

I just sent Rob another email.

I am really losing faith in Rob to make ANYTHING right. He was sent 1.1 ADULT Pastels, and 1.1 ADULT Ghosts on breeding loan. I got the two females back, FINALLY, both skinny and half frozen, and the Ghost female that was sick in Rob's care, died a couple of weeks after I got the two females back. The males, Rob told me he sold. You can see my loss is pretty significant.

Since Rob sold animals that weren't his if you were to find who the new owner is you could get them back. Basically Rob sold something that wasn't his. It would be the same as borrowing your friends car and selling it to someone while you were out on the test drive. It wasn't his to begin with so you can still get your animals back. I'm sure if you have Rob charged with theft they could get it out of him where they were sold to get them back.

Corey, unfortunately I am not sure Dave knows who Rob sold/traded those animals too. It is been very difficult since Rob contacts us whenever he wants which is very sporadically. I am working on another route legally so we will see. Just what we all want to deal with thru the holidays, huh?

Rob Penny Update...

........Still waiting to hear from Rob! Doesn't look like he will be taking care of his part of the deal. It's been weeks since anyone has heard from him. I am talking to a lawyer now to see what I can do. Not giving up on this one. It's the principle.

Well Rob has committed to replacing the animal he owes me with something else which I can accept if it actually happens. The date set by him is January 30 so we will see if he lives up to it this time! I will keep you all updated.

Update

Well this Monday is the day Rob is supposed to ship. I guess I will know then if again he is just pulling another stall tactic or if he really means to make good. I will post the results on Monday as to what happened.

Well of course I never got a call, email, anything from Rob! I wasn't holding my breath. If I had a dollar for every promise Rob makes I'd owe him money by now!

I got a good lawyer now and I'll make him take care of it that way.

I thought I'd refresh this thread so people do not forget about Rob Penny and how he is ripping people off.

This is one of the last emails I got from Rob -

Rob, still has not taken care of his obligations. Has anyone heard or seen him lately. I have hired a P.I. to see what he is up to.
