• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

    Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
    Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
    Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

    On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

    On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

    Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

once the egg started sweating i was shocked, i was hoping atleast to hit 90 days. I'm not sure why it died, I'm not sure if the other egg will do the same/ if its genetic. Robbie has Not contacted me since her one and only email. But i did want to give the proof as to why i started this thread, I would have rather the hatchling been alive and completely developed but, we can't always have what we would like to.
I Do know people can Form their own opinions after reading this entire thread now.
 
Funny, she was so quick to slam you and defend herself with her self righteous attitude, but has not come back on since you posted proof. Classy lady right there. Im just glad Rye is in a good home and getting love!
 
I agree, Ever when I had a very upset customer, at any job i've worked at. First thing i do is try to fix the problem, I don't hound them and say they're novice nor do i try to intimidate them.
This was a great learning experience on my part, I feel like a fool everytime i read my first post on this thread since i was so upset i sound ridiculous. But in the long run i see it as a very informational thread on the seller.

I was directed to this thread yesterday.

I will happily do the DNA testing for free on these specimens. I need either tissue, shed skin, or blood from both. Parthenogenesis has never been documented in crested geckos but has been inferred for others.

If the original poster of this thread is interested in selling the female and baby, I would happily buy them for my research group in my lab at The University of Tulsa. No animals are harmed in my work by the way.
