Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

and No if the cages are damaged when they are recieved they are insured through fedex ..the proper channels would be to file a claim with them I would be more than happy to replace a cage if it were infact damaged as long as the proper channels are used
Not to mention that these cages are fully outfitted with heat panels lights and branches "all custom options"
Robert the only business I can really think of is my sister company, I build Custom Furniture And yes there are channels to go through but people dont have 3-8 months to wait for these companies refund department to get off their duffs to process these claims, Its really how you look at it, Do you want to have a business or do you want to be a memory but before you answer that I suggest you read through the BOI and see how many businesses have fallen due to greed or down right stupidity..
 
I would just like to point out that I have never been out of phone contact or e-mail contact for this entire transaction ... In fact I had talked to Jason TWO times the morning of 3/11/2005 before his original post was made here

Translated this means that I was calling Robert expressing my concern about the agents findings. All Robert would say was "I shipped the cages" We've (My wife and I) have been calling Robert since March 1st about our concerns and Robert has done absolutley nothing to relove this situation. It was Lori and I that initiated the FedEx investigation. It was us that took time out of our busy work and family schedule to try and figure out what's going on with Roberts shipping. It’s not our responsibility nor should it be our time that is wasted trying to figure out what’s going on with Roberts shipping disaster.

In my opinion Robert should have been all over this from day one. He should be the one making sure the cages are on their way and that everything is on schedule.

After the second phone call at around 1:00 pm 3/11/2005 I returned home from work did dinner with the family all the usual things .. went to check my e-mail thinking I had resolved the issue until monday afternoon as agreed By me and Jason on the phone earlier that afternoon 3/11/2005 . I get an e-mail @ 8:21 PM as follows
"Robert,

Lets keep this in context. Robert made no phone calls to me until 8:48, after I posted here. I was the one calling Robert leaving messages about my concerns. We never agreed that this could wait until Monday, until after I posted here and Robert called me on my business line. I left (2) messages with Robert expresiing the results of the investigation and that I wanted my money back. The trace agent even tried to call Robert while my wife was on the phone with FedEx and there was no response from Robert.


Based on the FedEx investigation I’m confident that the cages are not in route to me nor will they be anytime soon.
I’d like my money back ASAP. Send me an email or call to let me know how you plan on refunding my money. If I don’t hear from you this evening I will assume you have no intention on doing the right thing. I’d like to avoid turning this into an online circus or having to contact my attorney to pursue legal action."

Still no response from Robert so I sent the above email. When Robert did finally call me at 8:48pm he said he left his phone in the truck and was glad that he deceided to go find it. How could he be in constant contact with me on his cell phone if its in the truck and he had to go find it.


After the reciept of the above e-mail message I went to check my cell pone which I had left in my truck there was a voice mail from jason at that time I called him back and Talked to him again at this point I am informed of the thread allready posted here and that it will be deleted/edited when cages are recieved or payment is returned!( which I dont think is possible?)

The issuse was never resolved. All Robert would say when I did get ahold of him, was "I shipped the cages" He made no effert to contact FedEx. Expressed no disire to call or do anything. All he would say is the cages shipped.

Not true. Robert never offered a solution or made an effort to do anything until I posted here.

I state again the cages have been shipped and I will be getting to the bottom of the issue Monday My hands are tied untill I can get to the local shipping hub during their normal business hours Believe me no shipping company is Perfect I have had many lost shipments over the years

Robert has been saying this from day one with no proof that he shipped them. Only that he printed labels.

Jason I would like to say this post is merely in my self defence if I chose Not to PAY to post this message It just makes me look Like I am avoiding the subject at hand and making myself look like some sort of criminal and I appreciate the benefit of the doubt at least

Robert I totally understand. My only concern is why havent you decided to do anything about the situation until I posted here.

I will also be looking into the legal issues of having to PAY to defend my self here as always on Fauna, Guilty until proven otherwiseRobert Coombs

This is well within your rights. If we're going to jump right into the legal issues than I will contact my attorney and get the ball rolling for you. Just let me know and you can consider it done.

Yes, that would be a sign of a good Businessman.

I also see that Clara stated in the other thread he ignored her as well until she posted here. Just some similarities to what you have stated and she has.
 
I am not about to be torn apart verbaly over the fauna "system" its all about word play ... I am getting much more resolved through contact with Jason himself I will post back here Monday end of story until then
 
Positive Communication

Robert contacted me by phone today 3/12/2005 @ 12:20pm and I feel good about the positive direction we're taking to resolve this situation.

Robert expressed genuine concern and regret for the position we're both in. I'm taking Robert at his word that he'll do everything he can to make things right.

My gut tells me that Robert is a stand up guy who found himself in a situation that got out of control very fast. So, I'm giving Robert the benefit of the doubt and will refrain from posting here again until Monday.

Robert, I appreciate the communication and look forward to hearing from you on Monday. Try and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
