    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. Your ramblings about some Canadian breeder don't really have anything to do with this thread - unless you are suggesting that as an explanation for the post made by Killer Chams. You can explain it, ignore it, or deny it - that thread was a few years old, and I'm not going to bother contacting Killer Chams for further information.

Your conflict with Mr Flaherty is also several years old - since you say you haven't made "obscene" phone calls, are you suggesting that he falsified the messages and phone transcripts posted early in this thread? Or that you don't see anything wrong with them because you haven't gotten in trouble for them?

Other than that post, which seemed relevant to this thread because of the messages Jim posted here, your experiences with a Canadian breeder are off topic in this thread

The threats by Rob are well documented. I have proof of it mysel. The fact remains, Rob is a mentally unstable person who continually demonstrates a low level of intelligence.

I agree. A new member that just joined, types like Robert and the only posts made by this person are on this thread. Smells fishy to me too. I hope one of the admins requests this person ID, my gut says they won't be able to produce a pic of a valid ID. After seeing the way Robert talks to people it's hard for me to believe someone would make an account just to post in his defense!

Shauna. I filed a police report a scant two weeks ago. Another entity, just two months ago. As you see in this thread, Robert Nichols is a serial stalker. That is not a "beef" between Rob and I. It is not us "both saying things we should not have said to each other". For you to marginilze it as that is pathetic. As for CGW, he is allowed to post in the beloved "truth forum", where as you can see right now, he has those who cheer him on. Addressing it is what we are doing here now, and not that joke CGW. While there are many good people there, most do nothing, and far more encourage Rob than speak against him.

If Rob never had moderator functions there, and I know that he did, then why did they scrub his name from having been the approving entity for membership for over a dozen folks yesterday ? Why do that !! I saw it with my own eyes. Regardless, to do nothing is to encourage Rob. If you are member of CGW, and do nothing, then you too are a part of the problem.

Well Tabby. As it is now proven that Robert Nichols is a serial stalker of those other members of the chameleon community who do not tolerate his nonsense, then you are a part of the problem as well. Maybe you would benefit from some harassing phone calls from Robert at all hours, eh ? Don't know your age, but maybe if it was your Mom or kids who answered the phone, and were cursed up and down as Rob does to the ladies, then maybe you would get it.
 
1 The vast majority of people come to the BOI to research buying/ selling activities.
2 Potty mouth seems to me to have almost no relevance to buying/ selling activities.
3 When the uproar is not currently supported by any actual evidence the person in question is an admin or moderator of a forum, it is even less relevant.
4 When you take a run at a guy with a good rep as far as buying/ selling activities goes you should have more than irrelevant Jerry Springer type posturing.

I fully concur with Jim's statements. This is about a mentally unstable person who needs to be shut down. Period.
 
The audio files that I have of the calls are too large for those files able to be uploaded here, that being WAV files. The smaller size of them are in files not compatible here. I would gladly send them to a Moderator to convert and make usable here, as I am not that tech-savvy. The calls were made from 805-210-6783. On May 16-17. The phone is registered to Diane Nichols. I am told that Rob lives with his brother, and his brother's wife, but do not know for certain. That may be his sister-in-law, but I do not know. I mention it here as it is in the police report, and if others are harassed by Robert, need to be informed. I will provide his full address to anyone on request. Transcripts of these calls were posted earlier. They are accurate.

Shauna. As I noted, Rob was scrubbed as being on e who had added about a dozen folks. FWI, before last night, he had the third most adds there, as the two Admin had the most. If it is no big deal, why was he scrubbed right after this thread started yesterday ?

Regardless, where you claim that things have been done, the fact is that Robert has gone outside of the forums and harassed folks directly. As an outgrowth of the forum discussions that your group tolerates, and a few there actually encourage and applaud. All the way to the top. It has been made clear here that this is not just about Rob and his "potty mouth" forum posts.

What I want, and have accomplished, is this thread to serve as a permanent reminder, and a resource, to address Robert Nichols for so long as he cannot act as a responsible member of the community. For more folks to contact the police when harassed and threatened. He apparently has intimidated some.

And some of us most certainly will not put up with his excrement. It is a shame that CGW could not adequately clean up their mess.

Well then "lady of truth". The fact is that no non-native species were "released", which was also confirmed by the FWC. As for credibility, the evidence stands. Your beloved CGW scrubbed Rob from the dozen or so folks he had approved admission to. Further if anyone can approve new members, then why has Robert Rose done 95% of them ? Perhaps "anyone can do it", but the truth is that "anyone doesn't do it". Just a few have, maybe 10, and only the two Admin more than Robert.

I sell to a couple dozen breeders in the hobby every year. Same folks over and over. I have also sold 5,000 - 10,000 chameleons in the last decade. Maybe more. I have a very long reputation of having very high quality chameleons, and lots of them, for very reasonable prices. Find me those complaints then. They should abound, right here in the BOI.
