Since the ibchams issue is a business complaint - it should be in the thread about Chameleon Company, not this one.

Facebook groups have an option to show who the admins are. If you go to the group, select members, and then on the members dropdown, select 'admins', you can see who the actual moderators are. Will you please provide a screenshot of who the moderators of the group are, for records' sake? If Nichols is not one, this will show, and that will support your stance better.

Actually, that is not the case. Admin can list whomever they want, wherever they want. One need not be listed as "Admin" to have moderator powers. That the entity was granted such powers, and used them, is the measure. Rich could make me a Mod here right now, and not list it. would not seem professional, but does anyone have an expectation of such from CGW ? Heck, look at the bannings here already tonight !! CGW is run very seat-of-the pants! Why do you think that the Admin there are sending over their know-nothings ? Why not just come here themselves ? Although we believe may have been one of the sock-puppets ?

I'm not sure who is aware of this and who is not. To give some advice if I may, you can only add pictures to this thread from a desktop.
Mobile devices do not allow it, this is why there is limited evidence. Because the majority of posters are in the 21st century using Mobile Devices. Jim can post & edit any photos because he is on a Desktop.

CGW is a Facebook group. Facebook groups do not have the same privileges, permissions, usergroups and powers as vBulletin. vBulletin is actually one of the most expansive forum softwares on the market. There is a lot more you can do with the software Fauna runs on vs what you can do on a Facebook group. But if you have proof I am wrong, I am always happy to learn and would like to see it.

As I've stated before, I have no real horse in this race, but I saw you mention you had proof of your transactions with ibchams, and now you've said this.

I'd like to see this proof, please, and I'm curious as to what the hold up on it is? Do you need help resizing images or anything?

Nope. Not the issue here. Not in this thread. And with any such accusation, the accuser posts the evidence of wrong doing. There is none, and I have already addressed such. It was 4 years ago. Not worth my time. My account stands. Let David start a thread and contradict it.

As I said: I don't actually want to see the proof of ibchams' complaint. When I said that I wanted to see proof, it's the proof you said you had about Facebook being scrubbed - and that isn't to say I'm against you, or disagreeing with you. I use Facebook groups and pages for work, and I've never seen this function you're speaking of on that platform (I have seen it on vBulletin, which I also use for work). I'd like the evidence to support your claim of scrubbing, that's all - and that is the issue here.

It'll come when folks have time to get to it. I think most folks already have a firm perception of CGW, and its cess-pool existence, as evidenced by the parade of poseurs, then being banned here. I have bene around a long time, but never seen such in one day.

Your advice/information is incorrect. One does not have to be working from a desktop to post images as file attachments. I have done it from both my phone and tablet, in the past. There are some limitations, however, in that mobile devices cannot attach as many files per post (the common complaint is that people can only attach one per post)

I never said that I had "proof" of the scrubbing. I said the opposite. That I had not the screenshots. Do you think that I was going to screenshot 20 pages of members in advance ? "Scrubbing" is not a moderator function. It is the removal of someone's name from places where it had been. It was fully explained earlier in the thread.

Moderator powers, such as banning someone, or editing/deleting posts, is very different.

Based on what I've read of Mr. Nichols, I will admit to questioning their judgment call in putting him in a position of authority at all (I did read, and participate, in this thread from nearly the beginning, after all); it does not show good judge of character, in my opinion.

They were hopeful that he would fufill the responsibilities. People make mistakes, I dont think they should be judged. They learned from that experience and are continuing to learn and make adjustments as needed. They work hard there to make it a good experience for people, and they have addressed the major issues.

Thank you for the proof. Of all 1200 members, Robert C Rose and his GF Chrissy Lynn chose the serial harassing Robert Edward Nichols to be moderator in charge of their forum.

Folks, we wanted to illustrate the pathetic lack of ethics within the Admin of that group, and that Robert Nichols had been entrusted with Moderator authority. Like putting Chester the Molester in charge of the kindergarten class "but it was only for two weeks".....

We have proven all of our points. Thank you Shauna. You were at least honest about that.

Shauna. Early in the thread are screen shots, from just this April. Not last year. So this is "working hard to make it better for people" .......

You know who Ginger and Rodney are. As has been posted over in Central, many times, Robert Nichols was not just posting this trash in CGW at that time, but sending hundreds of lewd messages to Ginger, and obscene phone calls. So what did Robert Rose and Chrissy learn again ? We all missed it. we have a lot more screen shots, but are any more really needed ?

This is not true.
A person can post photos, etc., on this site's threads, directly from their mobile devices.
I do so as do many others.

This may be true for some but not for all.
Just as from my desktop, I am able to post four pics, per post, from my mobile phone.
