People have said Jason could have taken pics/video of him receiving and opening the box. The same could be said of you, you knew he had opened a claim BEFORE you shipped. You could have taken pics/video of the packaging and the drop off (or some other/more precautions on your end). You also only posted (8) photos with what I count is 8-9 (can't tell if the first two pics are the same snake or not) snakes. How many snakes total did you ship?

In the end, there is really no way I (or other readers) will know who really is telling the truth. We can only come to our own conclusions based upon the evidence you post (pictures, waybills/receipts, vet bills etc.). The other background crap really doesn't matter (pedophile or not, animal abuser or not), I was only trying to point out to let your evidence do most of the talking. People will read it for what it is and interpret it in their own way.

What 4th pastel? You still aren't answering anyone's questions, only bringing up more garbage. I feel sorry for your son, regardless of any condition, for him having you as a supposed caretaker. What does this mean about your son: "He is disabled a**"? You still can't answer for sending me 11 bags, 3 of which are labeled male pastel.

As everyone knows ringhoff keeps claiming that paypal found everything in his favor. Paypal will not do anything in this case to reverse the transaction since I don't have a signed notorized contract for this unfortunate deal. Here is an email that I just received from paypal tonight. It looks like ringhoff is avoiding them as well. Paypal even tells me to take him to court among other things.

I just noticed a stick out tongue face on the email above. I had to check the email from paypal to see what caused that. Looks like it took a colon and the letter p to make that face. It is not intentional, but I guess flows with the email.

So why don't you test this out yourself, at least partially. Weigh an average size pillow case and multiply it by 11, or by 16 since robert claims I have received 16. Then get a styro box like the one that ringhoff sint me and weigh it. He doesn't deny sending me the box that I pictured. Don't worry about adding sticker weight or tape, it's negligible. Add those two number together and what do you get? Is it 19ozs or almost 4#???

First, I'm not taking any sides as there isn't much proof either way, but this stood out. Are you saying that 19oz equals 4lbs? You might want to check your math 19 ounces = 1.1875 pounds.

Thank you to everyone for posting things of robert ringhoff that are on his record. I have tried to find anything about him through state or county websites and just must have not hit the correct ones. ringhoff says he is done posting on here because of stress, but as you see can't leave this scam alone. Of course, he still isn't answering any relevant questions and is still trying to bash me. I am glad that the evidence in his past that the few of you have found and brought to light for everyone to see is helping you decide not to do business with ringhoff. Everything that I have provided about this bad deal is explained the best that I can explain it and I have NOT fabricated, stretched, or used mis-direction as everyone has seen ringhoff exhibit. If there is still any question on anything I have provided, please ask me. I would obviously not be taking the routes that I am if I was the person trying to pull this shady scam. I find it fortunate for the animals to be away from ringhoff; though the cinny male won't be alive much longer. It is ridiculous for someone to send the wrong items as ringhoff has done, but even more so to send a blind, sick animal to try to infect my whole collection! I am very glad I put this group in separate racks; I was my hands after handling them; I also try to handle them last at the end of the day.

ringhoff still has not disputed the pictures that I have posted, nor can he at this point. I am still very surprised that he sent me a cinny female instead of a normal or a male. I am also still very surprised that he sent me a nicer looking spider male instead of the one that he provided a picture of on here and to me. I am pretty sure this spider male is the one that I sent to him in November. I regreted selling that particular spider because he is from a very nice line of spider. Good for the snake to be temporarily back at home.

My course of action as far as the animals are concerned, is to make sure they are healthy enough to find new homes. I was planning on selling most of the males in the first place and that is definitely going to have to happen at this point. I am not planning on keeping one snake out of this deal even though I could use a couple of them. I just don't want to be reminded of this scam that ringhoff is pulling off. I assume that he thought I would be ok with it? He must think that I am a 16 yo kid trying to buy stuff that I don't know what it is.

Yep, that's the same day of birth he used to register here. Considering he is modifying his subscriptions to threads before he signed off, I'm guessing he is done here.

Jason, I know paypal closed the case but you can try to resubmit with the PDF attachment for history.

Regardless of what paypal decides you could still try to pursue with his local authorities. With as long a rap sheet he has for theft and a record spanning for at least 13 years they may listen to the complaint more.

I don't know if he is on parole or probation but it shouldn't be to hard to figure out and contact the officer in charge.

Rob, you have no credibility here at all. You didn't just make a mistake once or twice. You appear to be a career criminal, In my personal opinion of course.

You should send his funds back and just be done with it.

The ringhoff's paypal account has the wife's name with his email. Thank you to everyone for your support and I have filed a complaint last week with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. I am still going to try to file a civil suit against them; and get these animals out of here since they are no use to me. The cinny male on the other hand will not be sold since he is so messed up.

I can only hope that I am still 100% credible and that my reputation is not tarnished because of this transaction. I know that a few people have made comments that they will never do business with me and that is their choice. I have definitely felt the last couple days that I have reached my main goal for this thread: alerting everyone of a scam artist to deter business from him. It is nice to have ringhoff on here to give me more in writing to use against him if/when I go to court. I also view the lost money as a payment to him to get him to leave me alone. He WILL call you 5-6 times per day pointlessly.

robert has made comments to leave his family out of this, yet the paypal account is in her name (not a big deal), but on the phone he says many things for why something does or doesn't happen for it to be her fault. I wouldn't call it common practice to tell a nearly complete stranger that my wife is an "idiot" or other choice words, specially in a non joking manner.

I hope to move past this problem and not have to get on this thread quite so often now since it looks like ringhoff is running away. I would think that if anyone is getting stressed on this, it is not him/his family, it would be me! I will post updates on here should any arise. I find it amazing of some of the people that have supported me on this and found most of what ringhoff said to be off or completely just smoke and mirrors.

Feel free to post any other questions that any of you may have if they haven't been asked 10 times already and I will try to answer them in a timely manner. Also feel free to send me an email if you so wish.

I am very excited for this breeding season and hope that I will have a better year than the previous two. I have about 170 females breeding this year and I hope I get some great stuff to add to my collection like sterling butters, queenbees, super pastels, pastel lessers, black pewter butters, and so on. I also hope that I can pass the 400 mark this year as well (need a bigger house)!

I would still give a call into the local PD and DA. The last case listed for him still has a active status.
